This business is wonderful. I have an older Kenmore sewing machine which I hadn't used for 10 years, and it was completely jammed. I expected advice to garbage it, but this nice man got it going again for me, and his price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this business...

I'd give more stars if I could! The owner, Saro, took my machine (had been unused in storage for 10+ years) and gave me a very honest, comprehensive review of what he thought. He sold me the pedal I needed and gave my machine a good oil and maintenance, and just some good TLC.Ignore all the reviews below that say he was rude and overcharged-- he was certainly not chipper

I've been going here for decades to have my machines serviced and fixed. The owner is brilliant and in my experience, can fix anything! He is a sewing machine wizard.

I brought my machine in for servicing last week after finding it was constantly jamming up, it had not been serviced in over 34 years. Although not broken it was in need of adjusting and what could be best described as a good overhaul. I am very pleased with the work done and would not hesitate to recommend work be done there. The workshop is very clean, I felt no need to leave my cover and the servicing was done in a timely manner.

Everytime I visit I come away with my machine in better shape, and I've learned something important. The Sewing Machine Hospital is part of being good at sewing. Also, there are some really marvelous supplies. I LOVE my Pfaff Passport 3.0. Best machine ever. Thank you!

The owner was extremely helpful!He helped me out with two machines very quickly and even gave me lots of tips. He not only fixes the machines but also educates you on them. On top of that he’s generous :) I definitely recommend him for repairs and to purchase a new machine.

Owner was awesome. Checked my machine (it was skipping stitches when zigzag zag stitch was used on heavy thick fabric) after running through some standard checks. Explained he felt nothing was wrong with it and gave me some things to try. I followed his advice and one of the tips he gave me worked. Didn't try and sell me anything or suggest a tune up. Super honest great service.

The owner was very helpful. While my machine did need a tune up (it is 12 years old and was never serviced) most of my issues were from lack of knowledge on how to set the machine up properly and using the correct needles, bobbins etc. The owner explained all of this to me. The mini lesson on how to use my machine was very helpful. And now after the tune up, it runs like a charm. Many thanks!

He did a great job fixing up my mom's old seized up sewing machine. He was honest about the fact that the sewing machine may not be worth the money to fix, but opened it up for me anyways and managed to do it!Quick service, honest about what you're spending your money on.

I stopped by the store today to get a bobbin case for my sewing machine. The man there was very abrasive and rude. I'm not a big sewer, so I guess my machine isn't the best - he made that perfectly clear to me. No matter how often I told him I wasn't interested in getting a new machine, he would still persist to tell me that I made a poor choice in machines. Not the nicest thing to hear. I'm debating going back to return my bobbin case (because I found a MUCH cheaper one online) but I really just wish to avoid this store.
