The staff are very bubbly and warm. They provide high quality patient care to patients. Despite the craziness of what the pandemic has put pharmacies through, the staff remain patient and polite. I give them 5 stars!

Alex and the rest of the team at this pharmacy are the absolute best. They provide exceptional customer care, are knowledgeable, compassionate and always go above and beyond. One of their staff helped me to lower the cost of my medications by explaining how to apply for Ontario trillium benefits and on one occasion, they even stayed late to wait for me past closing just so I can get antibiotics that I needed. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

The team at the Front & Princess St location are the best. Always giving me the best in customer care. Both Pharmacists, make sure I am updated on any new medication I've been prescribed, including possible side effects. It doesn't matter where I live in the city, I don't think I would change to another pharmacy.

Depending on the staff, the experience can vary. Multiple times I dealt with something who seems like they are lacking experience and borderline clueless here. The only reason I went here was because it’s the closes pharmacy to my home.
