I've had the pleasure of working with Kuljit Khela at the north surrey clinic, over the last few weeks. I have found Kuljit to be extremely professional, courteous, responsive and supportive to my needs. Kuljit always stays on top of things, pays great attention to detail and truly understands and empathizes the customer. These are rare traits nowadays as most simply offer lip service but never follow through.You are in very good hands if she is your point of contact. I've been using a CPAP machine from VitalAire for 3 years. As the service at the Broadway office has been pathetic in the last two years, I drove to Surrey and met with Jason. In one hour, I learned more about the functions of my machine, the proper way to wear and maintain my mask, and the benefits offered by my insurance company than I ever have before. Jason is an extremely knowledgeable and professional respiratory specialist with extraordinary public relations skills. He is the most attentive and caring specialist I've met with, and should be commended for his service. I will always drive an hour to see Jason in Surrey in the future, and he's made a world of difference for me!

I had a great experience with VitalAire at there Surrey location. Jason has a thorough knowledge of CPAP machines and any other medical equipment needed for sleep apnea. He also has a lot of information about medical coverage from insurance providers. He is a great respiratory therapist that is through and explained all of the answers to my questions. Thank you!

Jason was very knowledgeable and friendly. He found a mask that would be more comfortable for me. He made sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable cleaning and using my new mask.

Amazing service by Jason Singh.He answered all our questions as we needed a replacement cpap machine. We also had confidence here because all covid 19 protocols are meticulously observed in this business.
