AVOID THIS PLACE! LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!For starters, the ordering experience was a bit of a hassle as I had to repeat myself many times to get the correct order. To be fair, the cashier is probably still learning so I can't fault them for that. I ordered their 12 piece dinner as well as an 8 piece tenders meal. They did not have jalapeño bombers available, so I opted for fries in the tenders meal. The sides for the 12 piece family meal were mashed potatoes and onion rings. The food took a while to have ready for me, but that's to be expected as it usually takes most fried chicken places a while.The problems lie in the quality of the food itself. The 8 piece tenders were some of the smallest bits of chicken I've ever had served to me! I was told that the tenders were just okay". On par with Wendy's nuggets. The fries that came with the tenders meal were VERY soggy. The biscuits were apparently very oily as well. The worst part? The chicken pieces in the 12 piece family meal. THEY HAD A RANCID SMELL AND TASTE! As if they were sitting out for days. My mom refused to even eat any because of the smell. They smelled off to me as well so it wasn't just her. We had to throw out the chicken because we don't want to risk food poisoning.I wanted to give them a chance

The staff at the Brantford location are SO awesome! and the food is amazing!My first experience with Churches Chicken was last year and I was very impressed with the staff and the food that they are my #1 chicken goto place!They are open late till midnight in case you have that hunger moment!Way to go Churches Chicken!You have a customer here for life!Rob W. and family

Awesome place, definitely gonna check it out again! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming plus they just felt like a whole family working together! Food is always so fresh and hot as well, short wait is a bonus as well!

This location is fully halal (see certificate attached). Stopped by for a late night snack on the way home. The location is spacious and clean. Grabbed 2 tex wraps to go, the cashier told us it would take about 15 minutes, but ended up taking around 30 minutes. There were only 2 staff members working on a Friday night and it seemed like a lot of people were waiting on their orders with delivery drivers also coming in for pick-ups. It was worth the wait though, because the wraps were fresh and piping hot, which is not usually the case at other Church's locations. The staff were friendly but clearly overwhelmed, it seemed they were short-staffed.

AMAZING! Best fried chicken I have ever had. Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. And don't get me started on the biscuits- honey butter and it has a wonderful chew and texture....sorry Popeye who? KFC who? And the staff there are so lovely. 2 pc chicken, 3 biscuits & a fountain drink for about $11. Yeah! This totally made my weekend!!!!!!!

My recent visit to Church's Chicken left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. I had high hopes for a delicious meal, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor service and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.Upon placing my order for a 4-piece spicy chicken, I was shocked when the crew member asked if it was acceptable to substitute one spicy chicken for a regular one. Clearly, I emphasized my preference for spicy, yet they insisted that I wait for 18 minutes. Despite the inconvenience, I agreed to wait patiently, hoping that the wait would be worth it.However, to my dismay, after enduring the long wait, I received my order only to find that it consisted of 1 spicy chicken and 3 regular ones. This mistake clearly showed a lack of attention to detail and disregard for my initial request. It was a frustrating and disheartening experience, as I had eagerly anticipated savoring the spicy flavor.Not only did I leave the restaurant without the desired meal I had paid for, but the overall customer service was also abysmal. There was a notable absence of apology or any attempt to rectify the situation. The staff seemed indifferent to my disappointment, which left a lasting negative impression.As a result of this terrible experience, I have no intention of returning to Church's Chicken in the future. The combination of the mix-up with my order and the lack of care exhibited by the staff has completely shattered my confidence in their ability to provide a satisfactory dining experience.I sincerely hope that Church's Chicken takes this review seriously and works towards improving their service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Until then, I will be seeking alternative dining options that prioritize their customers and uphold the standards of quality and professionalism.

This place has the best chicken!! They had their one year anniversary and the best promo ever! Free chicken and biscuit! The biscuits are super good as well! Will definitely be back when we’re in Brantford again! Thanks so much!

Have eaten from here a couple times now and the chicken is well fried and seasoned while still perfectly juicy, the portions are generous and the food always feels fresh.The venue itself is clean and well kept, the staff are very polite. Good fried chicken alternative in Brantford, definitely recommend.
