So impressed with Rescue Data Recovery Lab’s quality of service! At work we had a 4tb hard drive that started to fail and would not mount on our computers. After using Rescue Data, they recovered all our files on a more reliable hard drive. My experience with Ken was amazing with his friendly demeanour and communication skill is a 5 star! We had an external hard drive that was acting up (folders were missing, getting error messages, etc). Ken was able to very quickly recover my missing folders, and because it was quick, he didn’t even charge us for it. Honest, knowledgeable and personable. 100% would recommend Ken for all of your data recovery needs.

I accidentally overwrote one of my flash drives which led me to lose a lot of work and photos that I have been keeping over time. I came in for a consultation and ended up going home with recovered files in a USB that Ken provided! I had a very pleasant experience and Ken helped me with a very stressful situation. My old hard drive shorted out and needed it fixed. I know my files are intact and i just need it repaired, Ken listened to what i want to do with the drive and understood what i want to try fist to keep the price at a reasonable range. Ken did the repair cleanly and got power back to the drive and the disks spinning again. I was able to recover all my files and copy it over to a newer hard drive. Highly recommended.
