I went there to get a digitally rendered artwork printed on a canvas. The initial reception was a little distant and slightly dismissive. But not giving up on people and acknowledging the language barrier (I don't speak Russian, and the guy didn't speak English), I quickly figured no ill will was meant. He displayed his friendly manner through his body language on several occasions. And I believe he did his best to deliver the printing job.However, the result was way off. The print job was generally 3-tones darker than the original. Midtones were indiscernible than the darks. The colours were inaccurate.I took this prepaid print job with me to see if I could save it with touch-ups. No, it was beyond that. Then I went there and talked to him to see if he could make the required adjustments on his devices or machinery to deliver an accurate print job. By the way, I gave them a print-ready file that required no setup or adjustments on the image. So it was happening because of calibration issues on their machinery. He acknowledged that the printing was inadequate, and assured me that he could deliver more accurate print. I also gave him another print-ready artwork file in addition to that one. And I prepaid for these two as well.Guess what? This time print #1 was all mid-tones with no darks whatsoever. The colors were still off. Print #2 was all washed out and pale with no discernible details. Again, he acknowledge that print jobs were inaccurate. I had him compare the images on my iPhone's screen with the prints, as his monitor's ability to display accurate imagary was poor. So he was able to see the huge discrepancy between the files and the prints. He told me he'd try to reprint them but i'd still have to pay the fees.I don't know what you would call it when one's acknowledgement lacks taking responsibility. I really wanted to work with them and did my best to work this out. However, I ended up paying over $50 for 2 x 12' by 12 and 1 x 10' by 10' print jobs that have no use whatsoever.So if you have an artwork that you want to print
