Did a fabulous job on our couch and 2 chairs! Highly recommend

Really dissapointed with the carpet cleaning.Seemed like the carpet cleaning was rushed and amateur. Couldn't tell how poorly it was cleaned until it was dry. Looks worse in real life than on pic. I feel other people reviews were not based on performance but more how they interacted with their pet.Duct cleaning also seemed rushed. Too much time and energy spent on talking/grunting rather than cleaning.Almost got charged $60 more even though he used a calculator to add.

I've used Kleen Rite twice this year. Terri is an excellent technician. I was pleased with their quality of work, quick response, availability and excellent customer service.

The technician was great and went above and beyond with cleaning the carpets in the rec. rooms in my basement, leaving carpets cleaned, deodorized and disinfected. He was very friendly and helpful in figuring the best course of action to achieve the best results for my individual needs. I've already recommended this company to my friends and neighbours. We got the ducts and dryer vents cleaned. Terry was a thorough professional and did a great job. The price offered is better than most in the Hamilton area and is not limited to the number of registers. Have already recommended Terry to my friends.

We hired Keen Rite to clean out our dryer vent. It is about 25 feet long with three 90 degree bends and had never been cleaned in 13 years. Kathy gave us the best price of 5 we got. The gentleman who came and did the work did a fantastic professional job and we could tell he really enjoyed his work. I will be calling them again very soon another job.

Kleen Rite Carpet & Duct Cleaning is one of the most professional Carpet and Duct Cleaning providers in Ontario. I contracted them for Duct Cleaning service and not only they did a outstanding job but their work is Guaranteed until you as a customer is 100% satisfied. If the situation goes south and accidents happen they will do their best to remediate it even if it takes coming back the second and third time.Background: During the initial visit when they were cleaning the ducts, a wooden piece accidentally fell into the ducts and they were not able to get it out using method #1. They came back the next week using method #2 which also didn't work. They came back after another week and used method #3 to extract the piece of wood that fell and it worked (They even got a plastic tube that was there all along as a bonus. Picture attached for reference.). The Technician was very creative, persistent, and smart in his problem solving approach.During the course of these interactions, I never felt any negativity from both the Manager and the Technician. They were very professional and positive to make it right and get the job done. Kudos to Terry (Technician) and Kathy (Manager)! Thank you for making it right as a first time customer. I will definitely call you again for all my Carpet and Duct Cleaning needs. Highly recommended.

We were about to have new carpeting put in so we thought we should clean our 12 year old couch. I googled upholstery cleaning companies and found Kleen-Rite right away. I filled out the Get a Quote section on Saturday, July 9th and Kathy responded within the hour. She asked me a couple questions and my quote came shortly after. I explained that we would need it done fairly quickly if possible ... she booked it for July 11th. I was elated. She was so friendly and responsive with her emails. On the 11th, Terry came in and introduced himself and went right to work. I chuckled as I listened to him singing and cleaning and singing some more ... he loves his job and he is good at it!!!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I will use them again!! Thank you Kathy and Terry!!! I'm not going to add the pictures of before and after because my new clean couch doesn't match the new carpet now so it looks terrible together. Trust me though! I'm very happy with it.

I am so pleased with the carpet cleaning that your company did via Terry. The carpets have not looked as good since they were initially installed ten years ago. I have two dogs and three kitties and the carpeting looked dirty in so many areas that I contemplated putting in hardwood flooring. I did not believe the carpeting could be cleaned as well as it was. I had this carpeting cleaned two years ago and it never looked like this after it was cleaned. My carpeting looks wonderful and all stains from pets and traffic areas have been removed. Terry worked so hard and even managed to bring up the pile in the carpeting. Terry was great with my pets as well. Very nice man and a hard worker. He even gave me some tips on future pet accidents. I feel like my home has had a major uplift and I thank you for that. I did a fair amount of research before I contacted your company and I am thankful I chose you. I will be contacting you again in one and one-half years as recommended by Terry. I will not hesitate to recommend your company and especially Terry to family and friends. Thank you so much.
