This is an amazing slice of heavenLots of pools, a restaurant, a library, golf course and more. There are beautiful condos and R. V.s. available. Come and look into a new lease on life in a resort by the lake.

BEWARE!!! Regarding purchasing in the Holiday Park Resort. If you spot a trailer that is reasonably priced but built in the 1990's era, know that it will have to be removed. The Coldwell Realtor did not provide this information. You will be forbidden to reno as the resort wants to remove all the older trailers. If the purchase had gone through, and thank God it didn't, I would have been stuck bearing the cost of its removal. (currently the seller 51A is asking $40,000 for the trailer). It was an unbelievable bitter experience.

Do not use the park realtor Marion Lahey! She's HORRIBLE! She won't consult with you about ANYTHING! You have to chase her down to get answers or corrections made to your listing. The owners can't do anything about it" you're stuck using their realtors or you pay EVEN MORE to sell. We accepted a low ball offer just to be done with her. If you choose to move out but rent your place privately

Ants everywhere. Large gap under AC never caulked and cold draft (Mar) blows in all the way to Couch. Our spot by lake was nice. Large timeshare unit.
