I ordered some lexan for a repair on my truck. Even with being super busy they were about to get my order readu for pick up the same day! Super friendly staff. I dont have that many glass needs but when I do I will be returning to Floyd's.

I had a major chip in my windshield. Reception was awesome to get me scheduled in fast to fix the chip, however it was large enough that it was still visible afterwards. I was told to simply come back to have it fixed if it deteriorates.

Great service! Have used them for years. Very accommodating and helpful, had to move a topper before they could fix the back window and the techs were happy to help.

Went to Floyd’s for window tinting and some windshield repair. (Recommended by my brother , as he knows the guys there and deals with them anytime he is in need! ).Great bunch of guys! Superb work! Highly recommend ❤️

I been dealing with Floyd's Glass for years, but have been away a few year, when I was back in Thunder Bay recently, I had an issue with the driver's side window. It wouldn't go up and it was cold out too. Drove straight to Floyd's and they were able to squeeze me in. Was repaired in no time and was quite please that it was just a dirty track of dirt and ice, they cleaned it up lubricated it and the window does work.

Called me and asked if they could cut the wires from a power window because they couldn’t figure it out, then installed it anyways and threw the wires and motor in the back, charged 300$ and said deal with it.Absolutely asinine receptionist who called my mothers phone and then lost her mind when she questioned why they had zero knowledge of how to actually perform the job they advertise themselves as capable of doing.
