Alex is an excellent massage therapist. He's professional, efficient and knowledgeable and will always recommend exercises to do at home or use his knowledge of osteopathy to fix what ails you. Would highly recommend anyone use this service!

It has been over 3 years now that I have had MB health centre take care of me and I have yet to have a negative experience! (To say the least) If you are looking to get a relaxing massage or deeper osteo service I highly recommend MB health centre. I have referred some friend who were seeking urgent care and there was someone available for same day appointments. Definitely worth your time and health!!

As a former therapist myself, I have often been disappointed with the care I have received from various clinics. This has never been my experience at MB Health Center. The staff are very kind, extremely skilled, and always attentive. I can honestly say that I don't have a single bad thing to say about my experience with this fine health center.

I've had horrible back issues since I was around 18 years old and without the help and knowledge of Alex and his team, I wouldn't have seen the improvements I see today. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I always recommend my friends and family to go to M.B. because I know they'll be in good hands!

As someone who works a physically demanding job I need my body to be working at 110% all day so when I woke up one morning unable to get out of bed it was a living nightmare.Just one session with their very friendly and amazing staff I felt like a new man who could dance through their front door. After following the stretches explained and provided to me i can happily say my back has never been stronger cannot recommend this business enough.

I've been seeing Benjamin for spinal decompression and manual therapy since last spring. I came to him desperate because I could barely walk without experiencing pain from a herniated disc, and after 5-7 sessions I was feeling great and working out again.
