I had yen the owner of the salon do my nails and I loved it. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that and then some. I’m picky with how my nails feel and look and she’s just as picky so you know you’re leaving with a good set. They’re thin, no bumps perfectly even. She spent a lot of time shaping my nails so they were perfect and I loved them

I’ve gone here 2 times now. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 15 years and ya know how you come home and see errors that you didn’t notice before ? That doesn’t happen here. Lina is one of the best nail techs I’ve ever had. She’s knowledgeable about nails, is talented, and her passion for the craft shows. My nails here are very short at my request and she shaped them exactly how I wanted. Some techs before had tried to talk me out of this shape “because it doesn’t look pretty” but Lina did exactly what I asked for. I’m very happy I found an amazing nail tech. When you find someone good you will go to them forever. And the art on the walls is beautiful too. I’m very impressed with this salon.

I was disappointed with the experience here and don’t intend to return.I booked well in advance for a manicure and pedicure as a special treat for myself and my young daughter.Between the day I booked the appointment online and the day of the actual appointment, they called me on two separate occasions to tell me I no showed for my appointment. I never actually no-showed, they just entered the booking incorrectly into their system twice. (My emailed booking confirmation from Nails Time clearly shows that I booked the correct date.)Then, when we arrived for the service (adult mani/pedi and a kids mani/pedi), the man at the counter politely said hello, but woman standing with him immediately told me that I’d have to pay full adult prices for my child, because she was too old for the kids prices. I told the woman that my daughter is only 10 (the services menu lists kids prices as 12 and under), and she dropped the subject. It was a pretty awkward start to the appointment, and didn’t improve.The service I booked is advertised on the website as taking 70 minutes, in reality, it took less than 25. It was obvious that they were overbooked and trying to get us out of the way to make room for the next clients.For the pedicure, there were none of the niceties you would expect… no filing, no callus removal, nothing. It was literally just a two minute soak in too-hot water, followed by bit of lotion and nail polish.For my manicure, they filed so roughly, they dug into my skin and days later, my finger is still painful.For my daughter, same barebones minimal pedicure (which is fine, since the price point is lower), but she requested nail art on her fingers and was immediately told no, because “it’s too expensive”. Frankly, it’s not for them to decide if it’s too expensive. That’s for the person paying the bill to decide. By that point, though, we were both so disappointed, and it was such an uncomfortable experience, that we paid the bill and left. In the end, i paid for a 70 minute mani/pedi experience for my daughter and I, but actually received 25 minute of awkwardly being rushed out the door, plus a not-yet-healed abrasion on my pinky finger. Not a good experience.

I had a great experience here!Got a manicure with shellac done on Saturday, March 25th and the shellac is still looking and on great; no chips. Very polite service from both the nail tech and the receptionist. The nail tech was very accommodating with meeting my requests for nail art as best as she can.I highly recommend and look forward to hopefully coming back again sometime!

It was my first time getting my nails done, and I had an amazing experience! I was able to show the nail tech some inspiration so they could create some original nail art.

My nails turned out very well, and no polish got onto my skin or cuticles. But the rest of the service was very rushed.The lady i worked with pushed my cuticles too far back, and cut them way too close to my skin. On one of my fingers, my cuticle is very sore.And i was hoping to have had a better hand and arm massage than the one i was given. Personally i think that the massage is the most relaxing part of the manicure, and i was a little disappointed.I just wish that she could have spent more time and attention overall, but i also understand that in a busy shop like yours, you need to be quick and efficient.I think i would be willing to try this service again, since i was happy with my nails but like i said, the rest of the service isnt as good.

The ladies come here took us in right away as a walk in and the service was super. My two daughters and I got pedicures done and they turned out beautiful. The price was also something to shine about. We will definitely be coming back here!

I am very impressed with this salon. Firstly they use sterilized equipment for each person each individually wrapped. I don’t see that often. Secondly a very lovely and friendly environment. Tina was gentle, patient and kind. She did a great job on my manicure. Definitely going back! Love the vibe here!

I got to do my manicure with Nancy today. She was nothing but amazing with the design. She was way too meticulous and made sure to address my needs. I'm pretty glad that she was my artist today.If u ever visit the spa, don't think twice to get your nails done by her.

They did an amazing job, exactly what I wanted :)The only thing is that I was the last person there, with an appointment and since they were closed already, they hurried everything, I loved the results but I’ll go earlier next time.
