My sewer backed up in late afternoon January 4, and when I called TriStar they had a plumber at my home in the country (a 30 min trip from Spruce Grove) within 1 hr of my emergency call. This plumber detected a serious problem in the sewer line to sewer tank. He called the company owner who then sent out a full crew of workers with all the heavy equipment needed early Thursday morning. That entailed 3 trucks with specific equipment plus an excavator for digging. It was repaired to be point l could use my septic system that very day with another crew arriving Friday morning to finish up the work and repairs on the damaged system. I realize this was exceptional service done with integrity and honesty. TriStar had to repair unprofessional work on my existing septic system done by a different company who had installed my Septic field previously. I intend to notify the company who installed my septic field of their poor workmanship and unethical business dealings. TriStar saved me from a winter without septic service in my home. Under the circumstances I am forever grateful and highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing service, both large and small jobs.

Called in a frozen sewer line problem. Within 3 hours the issue was resolved and water flowing again. Very professional, A+ service.

Came to our apartment to do some work when we weren’t home. Pulled everything out of under the sink and threw all over the place and left it there for us to come home to.

The only good thing I have to say is that my sewer pipe is fixed everything else is beyond terrible. They took my basement window out so they could concrete the basement floor did not put my windows in properly did not put the screen back. They put staples in my walls to hold up plastic when they should have used tape now I have staple holes all in my walls still finding staples up to today. The pipe they put in stuck up so far they told me who ever comes to fix my floor and put cabinets back can put it too floor level they didn't even put the pipe in straight. They didn't level the floor when pouring concrete the next people that came said who leaves work for someone else to do. My basement floor is terrible they ripped out a piece of flooring that cannot be fixed. I was told concrete was not included in there pricing but they did the basement and I have to deal with my driveway. They left me the board that they put across the hole so I could go through the plastic in my garden for me to get rid of. The original pipe that was there they could have put it back closer to the wall where the grove was in the first place it sticks out so it's difficult to put cabinets back. Very disappointed as they were recommended too me. We've had to re break concrete and pour again so the concrete is level with the rest of the floor. This is costing me more than When I first started. The people that are putting my cabinets in are just shaking there heads as too what has happened in my basement.Cindy

Dave from Tristar is a super hero. He quickly identified the problem, gave us multiple potential solutions and answered all our subsequent questions. They broke ground on our sewer line replacement ahead of schedule, and we only experienced minimal water interruption throughout. All this for a cost lower than we'd anticipated. After the job they came back to solve some minor deficiencies, no issues at all. Would highly recommend!

Natasha in the office was so helpful and followed up any questions I had very quickly, she arranged my appointment super promptly and sent out the lovely Troy who couldn't have been more professional and helpful, he had the tank installed in a matter of hours and had everything working like clockwork in no time! Absolutely amazing staff and service, absolutely recommend!
