They have an aweful auto wash. After i washed it , all the dirt remained on the car and i cleaned it by hand.

I came in to fill up my tank, ended up with and earful of obnoxious and loud boomer-tier deafening video ads playing at the pump. Kinda insulting to be subjected to ads when I'm a paying customer.

On January 21st, 2023, in the afternoon, I went to pay for gas inside the gas station, and on my way out, a very old man was cleaning the windows at the door entrance. I have noticed that he was not careful of the clients passing by. He could spill over or hurt clients and he really was not careful. Also, please be careful to not give the finger for no reasons at all. That was very rude and offensive.

There are always some problems at this gas station, very often they have a problem with the system at the checkout, today I refueled my car for half an hour because the pressure was very slow my handsbecame freezed, I'm even now worried that maybe the gasoline in the container was at the bottom and a certain amount of water from the garbage got into my tank, but if with my engine something happens, shell will responsible to fix my engine. But the worst thing is that they started mixing v power gas with ethanol corn alcohol, which is very bad for my BMW.

Always something broken.Very bad service. The employees curse at their clients. Price discrepancies between what is displayed and the register.This station give a very bad image to Shell.

Went in to prepay to fill my car, 2 guys speaking arabic not caring about my presence yet also on the phone and when I took my money out of my wallet he grunted, there was no hello, nothing as if I was bothering them, then I said I did not know how much gaz I needed so he looked anoyed so I just gave a ball figure as the prices of gaz increase and decrease on a dime I just did not know. He was quite rude and I promise never to go to that station again, in fact Shell has just lost me all together, you should make sure your employees give good customer service and are polite as he was not.

The car wash wasn't the best. I got home, only to find the same dust and dirt from before on my trunk. My car wasn't even that dirty, but the car wash did absolutely nothing. I passed a cloth over it and all the dust, that was now wet, got onto the cloth. It's as if they're just throwing water onto your car
