Thuba was the 3rd realtor I’ve personally ever worked with, and by far the most committed, caring and easiest to communicate with.I just recently purchased a property with Thuba in Toronto, and not only did he negotiate with the sellers agent at 1 AM on a holiday to make sure we got the deal (which we did), he was always very easily accessible even after the deal was done which helped reduce a lot of stress and headache on our part (all the way till after closing). Thuba is reliable, quick and genuinely cares. My second time dealing with Thuba the Realtor but this time for finding a tenantfor the property we bought with him before.Thuba was able to help us find a true tenant, who were honest, nice and are treating the house that we bought as if it's there own. He was even able to negotiate terms that were fair for both the buyer (me) and the tenant. The tenants were so happy with Thuba's service and the property, that they even were willing to offer 1 years worth of rent up front. This helped me as a landlord, feel confident in the tenant and have a peace of mind that I could get my mortgage payments paid off on time, with peace of mind.
