Had a great experience with Renato. My furnace motor went down on a Saturday during winter. Alpine came promptly and on time to diagnose and order the part. Efficient, quick, knowledgeable, and a great person to deal with under a stressful situation. Any questions I had were answered clearly and thoroughly. I would solidly recommend him for your heating and a/c needs.

I generally don't write reviews but I really felt like I wanted to this time. Renato and his team at Alpine Air were amazing. We have called him a few times in the past for small issues and he has always been professional and extremely helpful. This time I called him on a cold Saturday because our furnace wasn't working. He came to our house the same day to inspect it and gave me my options, including repair. He explained everything very clearly and didn't push us one way or the other. We decided to replace the furnace. He let us borrow a few space heaters to get us through the weekend and came promptly on Monday morning to replace the furnace. He even checked in with us on the Sunday to see if we were ok and warm enough. When they came to replace the furnace they went above and beyond. They wore booties to protect our floors and laid down runners and sheets. They brought everything up to code and also took the extra care to vent the intake pipe to the outside of the house. They also piped all the water oulet tubing together using a better option that is not only much nicer looking at but will also prevent the clogged tubes we used to have. I highly doubt another company would take as much care and consideration. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALPINE AIR!!!

The company is top notch. There customer service is one of the best i have dealt with. They are getting a bad rap from where I'm from, because they sell directly to the consumer and heating and air conditioning company's want all the money. But... if the heating and air company's gave it some thought, or have been in business awhile, (as I have been, 29 years), they would realize those type of people that would put the unit in themselves, are not going to use a furnace company, or pay full price. So why not let a company like Alpine step in and make a couple bucks. I have found over the Las 25 plus years is that you want to service the people who want to be serviced, let the ones go that want to do everything themselves, so they can save that dollar twenty seven. Thank you Alpine for THE GREAT PEOPLE YOU HIRED and THE GREAT PRODUCT YOU SELL....MY NAME IS RON AND I PURCHASED 2 OF THERE UNITS, WHICH I FELT WAS A GREAT PRICE AND A GREAT PRODUCT.NOTE: they answered all my questions thoroughly and with no delay. What more could you ask for.

The guys at Alpine Air are the absolute best! Having bought a new house with baseboard heating we decided to upgrade to a furnace and air conditioner which is a big task (there was no existing duct work in the home). They were so knowledgeable and were able to do this without taking away the appearance of the house by strategically placing ducts to ensure the house was evenly heated and cooled while not taking away from the aesthetics. The pricing was extremely fair and never did I feel like they were trying to sell me things I didn't need; honesty and integrity are clearly very important to these guys. They were friendly, professional and worked efficiently. They also did an amazing job of keeping their working area clean, and cleaning up when they were finished for the day. Having dealt with many contractors and tradesmen I cannot give these guys a higher recommendation!

We have been with Alpine Air for well over a decade. They are prompt, efficient and extremely knowledgable. Just had a new air conditioning unit installed and we are very satisfied with the performance. One can trust them for the correct advice and reasonable pricing.

Renato and team have visited our residence on different occasions. Air conditioning unit, furnace maintenance and just recently furnace replacement.We called in the morning by mid afternoon he was here. After the assessments were made Renato offered us all the option for either fixing or replacing the unit. Replacing the unit was our decision.Renato offered us a wide range of options explaining each units benefit. The install was done 48hours later. While doing the work they discovered a separate issue rather than leave as it wasn’t part of the furnace replacement they brought it to our attention so that we could address. Honest and dependable. They fixed that issue as well.We are very happy with Alpine Air and would highly recommend them.Professional expert service, very punctual and respectful of our home each time they’ve visited.Happy to support Alpine Air we will definitely call them again.

My mom has used Alpine Air for yearly maintenance for at least 5 years. She recommended me to use them as well. I originally was going to get my furnace maintained as it has not been done in 5 years, and the unit is over 20 years old, ... I know - I've been slacking.The pricing I received for the maintenance was so beyond fair, I will not go anywhere else. After receiving the maintenance from a company with nice workers that was just so reasonable we then decided that it was time for a new furnace.We are super happy with the work that's been done, pricing and the knowledge we have received in the process.Thank You Renato and Team at Alpine Air, I am Happy to have found my new go-to for Yearly Maintenance and anything else needed in between!

Our furnace went down a week ago, it was a Saturday and only cold air was coming out of the vents.I went online and located a number of heating/cooling companies to contact. Of the three that I contacted only Alpine Air got back to me that same day via telephone.I spoke to Renato and told him of my predicament. He told me that he could come over the following Monday and inspect the unit. Luckily, the week ahead was going to be a mild one.Renato showed up Monday morning just like he said he would. He spent about fifteen minutes inspecting the furnace and determined that the vent motor had gone not to mention the burner and one other item. He told me that he could fix the items that he discovered but in the end it would run me about $800.00 and that was just for the items that he had found in a preliminary examination of the unit.Since the problems with our furnace had begun the year before, I had thought about purchasing a new one anyway.Renato took the time to explain to me the various units offered by Alpine Air but more importantly he explained to me that the furnace you buy has to meet the demands of your home based on the size of your home.Here was a guy who wasn't just trying to sell me a furnace for profit but a real professional who wanted to sell me the right furnace for my home. I was floored; honesty in this day and age?I made the decision to purchase a new furnace and Friday came and Renato and his team arrived to install the new furnace. The installation went like clockwork. As the installation proceeded Renato would call out to me to come downstairs to explain a point about the installation or certain features to be aware of with the new furnace.The job was completed in about five hours just as Renato had told me before the work began.To sum up, this is definitely a company to deal with if you need repair work or a new installation of a furnace or a/c unit. They are extremely knowledgeable, they have integrity, they're honest and the work is first class all the way. Besides all that, they work neatly and don't leave a mess afterwards.When my a/c unit finally bites the dust, I know exactly who I'm going to be calling...Alpine Air.
