Awesome place to bring young kids to have a lot of fun! I went there 2 - 3 times and I had so much fun, I went there 3 years ago... but I hope they are still the great place that they were 3 years ago.

We decided to reserve for our kid's birthday party. The kids had fun. But that's about it. From the moment we called to make a reservation, the staff was trained to up sell anything; a private room, face painting, trampoline, craft project (which totally fades after putting it in the washing machine)... The room we had reserved wasn't even available for at the right time, and it was small and not decorated with poor lighting resulting in awful pictures. The people working there are basically kids (teenagers with little customer service experience) and don't actually care. We tried to get a knife for our cake and both times we were given spatulas. Not great for birthday parties, but good for a rainy Saturday for kids to run around. And why on earth have parents pay full price when the play area is OBVIOUSLY for kids??

Worst experience just wanted to have a little fun with my 11 year old while in town for a hockey tournament with his older brother. After paying to enter I immediately went to the only token machine which had no tokens. I asked the girl working at the counter if I could purchase some there she said they would fill the machine in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later after watching the young man collecting the tokens walk passes me with his third basket of tokens, I politely asked him if there was any way I could buy the tokens at the desk there. Some rude teenager comes up from behind smacking lips saying um sir you have to wait for him to put it in the machine o.k. thank you" and storms off. At this point I've had enough and asked for my refund and only then they offered to sell me tokens after sitting in thier face for a half hour with a $20 bill in my hand . I dont recommend wasting your time here the employees hurt the experience (very rude)

Fun place for kids but they should find a way to reduce the echo on the site. It becomes very noisy.

We got here with my family at 03:30pm.we payed for tickets. there was a trampoline thing we wanted to go on but they didn’t give tickets… since they have to start cleaning the place. This place closing time is at5:00 pm. We were visiting Canada..We were ready to pay… Still they didn’t give ticket for trampoline… otherwise they should’ve told us that they won’t give any trampoline tickets before we paying for the main tickets…“Service is very bad “ “worse “Service is very bad….Service is very bad …..

Lots of fun! Parents can play with their children and enjoy all the games as well! Great for my 2-year-old but very fun for older children, too. I would like it to be a bit more clean both in the playground modules and in the restrooms.

14 minutes by car, 1h by public transit, oh man, you just want car owners in here. It is a hard pass.

Great place for kids. Terrible customer care service, the supervisor was impolite.
