Infinity Hair Design

This was my first visit and I cannot wait to return. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and promptly met by my stylist who then jumped into a thorough consult. I had a few photos for inspiration and she was able to explain what would work with my hair and discuss all of my options. I appreciated that she made sure I had an accurate quote for price so there was no surprises later on.The entire staff was very professional and friendly, the entire atmosphere was relaxing.My stylist also gave me guidance on how to care for my colour and when I should return for a refresh.10/10 would recommend

Amazing experience here! Nancy was incredibly accommodatng - she was very particular about her work. I had a root touch up done and she took the extra time to explain all options and also to make sure all of the colour was off of my skin before I left the salon.

I requested a quote on platinum blonde which is what I always get… my hair dresser moved :( she quoted me and said no problem at all. I waited longer as my baby was sick but again was never an issue with my last stylist… I went in and she requoted my hair as double.. $500 for full set of high lights. I had 4 inches of roots… never have I had this in my life! I unded up getting half a head cause that’s all I could afford. No treatment, no cut for $250. It did not turn out platinum blonde at all and has patches of brass. After washing my hair it ended up in a huge mat that took 20 mins to brush out, and left my hair feeling like horses hair! I always leave a Solon with super soft hair never have I felt rough dull hair at a Solon!! The stylist I had did not hold a conversation for 4 hours! It was horribly uncomfortable with Christine! She was professional just not friendly. The owner feels she did a “great job”, and would not provided any refund. She stated they do not offer a refund. I’ve never been more disappointed in my life with my hair.

As a first time customer at this salon, I have to say I had an AMAZING experience! All the stylists were friendly and attentive, taking the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and offering expert advice on what would work best for my hair type.Of special mention as well, is their incredible hair color skills--they are fantastic when it comes to creating beautiful, natural-looking hair color that will complement your skin tone and features. really loved the stunning trendy style that my stylist, Christinne and the rest of team created for me - it was exactly what I wanted! I got a complement from my husband!Another thing at this salon that's so special was the wonderful atmosphere that they've created. You'll see great teamwork and camaraderie between all of the stylists, which creates a warm and welcoming environment; it's clear that they all genuinely enjoy working together.All in all, i'd give it 5 stars, highly recommended and I'll definitely be coming back!

This is the place to go to in Alliston for a haircut and colour. They actually listen to what you want and make recommendations based on how healthy your hair is. I always leave feeling refreshed and loving my hair!! Great staff, very friendly, and a nice relaxed environment too. Thank you! ❤️I highly recommend Infinity Hair Design!

I got my hair done at Infinity yesterday after searching Alliston for a talented colourist. Delphina was recommended by the owner and she did not disappoint. She was well educated and experienced in many techniques. She did a wonderful job of my colour and cut. Nancy, the owner, welcomed me to the salon, greeted me at the door and offered me tea, water and snacks through out my stay. It was a 5 star experience!

I love this salon! Everyone is so welcoming and extremely professional. Yesterday was my third visit to Infinity Hair. I have had incredible experiences with Tom cutting hair for my boys, and today I was not disappointed with the transformation Michelle gave me. I feel so light and free! The woman in the chair next to me had driven down from Orillia to see Delphina, so you really can’t go wrong with any stylist! Nancy, the owner, was also so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch service!
