Charleys Cheesesteaks

My father ordered a Philly steak sandwich combo , and supreme fries. He said give me anyone of those fries. My father doesn't know any better. He asked if it was pork. He said, the lady at the counter told him no it's beef. So that's why he took it.I see him eating the fries and I ask him, why are you eating that it has bacon on it. My father said , the lady said it's beef.So I go to the counter myself and I ask the lady, who apparently is the other employee. And I ask her, is this beef (because I know some places might give out beef or they mention that its halal, but I had to ask to be sure, again my father doesn't know any better , but he does ask if it has pork)The other employee said... he asked if it was pork AFTER he ordered......... huh???? So wouldn't you have changed the order to regular fries if he mentioned that to you? And he already paid full price for the regular one?So at this point we don't care that he paid extra for bacon. We just don't want to eat pork.Shouldn't be complicated to change the fries.But she had an issue because he ate abit of it... when be was told it was beef not pork.... he made sure to ask. So what if he asked after he ordered. He still paid full price for it. All you had to do was change it to regular Supreme fries.9 times out of 10 if someone mentions to you if there is pork in that...they clearly don't eat pork.And she's going to tell me we can't give you free food..... huh??? Free food ??? How does that make any sense.I threw out the half that he ate, away in the garage infront of her. Ontop of the extra charge that he took(bacon is an extra charge) in total paid $20 for his meal. So what free food ?????Learn proper food safety and food handling and respect the consumer food diet/allergies and food request. As this is a respect of our religion. That we do not eat pork.Disappointing. My dad loves his Philly steak sandwiches. But will never be purchasing it from here again.Disrespectful and disappointing. Smh.

Ate here around lunch yesterday. The kid taking my order was on his phone and didn't look at me until his coworkers told him to. I did not get a receipt and he continued scrolling while everyone else made my food. Did not feel very respected. The other workers were polite and kind, sandwich was alright. Fries were good.

Went there today for a cheesesteak and cheese fries got food poisoning

Came here today, around 6:45pm. 3 guys sitting around on their phones doing absolutely nothing, I walk up, doesn’t even acknowledge I’m there looking at the menu trying to order.Simply looks over after about a minute of me standing there in silence. “Yeah” that’s the employees response to me. (Very professional)Sandwich was not cut in half. Was just torn apart, one of these employees was jumping around slamming his hands on the counter. With the gloves on he’s about to touch my food with, I ordered the bacon 3 cheese steak sandwich, (I believe that was the name)There is no cheese at all. Rushed thorough making the sandwich and the toppings I wanted on it. Wasn’t allowed to finish and my sandwich was already going into a box.Terrible service and these high school kids should not be running this location alone. Absolutely no desire to work or act professionally.Horrible location do not recommend at all

Yeah .. you guys have won the award for the worst sandwich in history.The entire sandwich was soggy and wet .. had to throw it out.$18 .. down the drain.Thanks - never again!

Went there to order a Philly cheesesteak and was disappointed for the price of 9.75 that it comes on a hot dog bun but the worst part was I wanted just a bun with cheese for my 5 year old and they charged over $8 for it telling us “no exceptions”. I will never go back

We love Charleys. My wife loves the Philly Steak and I love the Teriyaki Chicken. Soooooo Good!!!!

We ordered the chicken Philly and every bite was filled with a tiny piece of bone and cartilage. It was sad to see this happen as we have ordered this often.
