RBC Royal Bank

Hi,I just went the RBC this Branch today.They have lack of knowledge about my chaque deposit. One trailer told me that your chaque would be available right way, because it is business chack and same bank chaque However, couple of hours later I went to the this location again.Then , they told me defferent story.Her name is Server"She is so rude and disrespectful."

The counter dude name Omair Khan is pbbl the best employee of your bank, he is the one who lights up my hope against RBC back again

Branch have many experienced and welcoming employees, we are usually visiting this branch. Mrs. Yang Gao and Mrs. Yana are very welcoming and helpful employees, and If you are newcomers from Ukraine, this branch has Ukrainian speaking employee.Usually branch busy only in lunch time, at other time branch is more free, we waited for 15 min's maximum each time we come to this location.

Many thanks to Julia and Yana, the staff of this bank, for carefully explaining to me how to use the bank.And in general, I liked the clean and well-maintained bank.

Initially having the false impression from our businesses banking here they would assist, learned the opposite. Confirmed with one of our businesses how difficult Royal Bank is to deal with, and only use as last resort.The overall low rating here demonstrates well RBC is doing to turnaround it's poor reputation.

I had an appointment with Julia Mutesi of this branch. She thought my appointment was through phone call but it was in person. She had no idea or knowledge about my reason for the appointment which I understand because apparently I booked wrong reason for appointment. She said she will call me and provide answers to my questions which she did not. My impression of her was that she had no interest in engaging with me. Not recommended. Just a waste of my time to be honest.

Extremely disappointed with this branch and especially with Mitnain Khera. Unprofessional and does not keep her word. We were in doing some business account stuff and some paperwork was overlooked and not signed. Although this was the banks oversight we agreed to come in and sign the missing papers in person. We were instructed that the papers would be ready to sign in a week and we scheduled an appointment at a specific time to come in. We come in and Mitnain is not there and she has not left the papers with anyone at the branch as discussed. We were told by some employees that she will be back shortly from her lunch and we can come back. Knowing this we went for lunch ourselves and left our number for a call back when she has returned. 1.5 hours later after no call back we returned. We find out that Mitnain has left for the day and not returning. The frustration is high and we believe this to be extremely unprofessional.

Well another" disappointing RBC day. Stood in line (15mins) until they finally grabbed someone from the back room to come and help on teller

I came in last week to get a new account and close out the account I had due to unauthorized transactions. I asked for a new direct deposit form and thought everything was done so I left. When I was finished, I went to the ATM to make sure my card worked and, of course, the rep didn’t correctly add my pin to the card. I just discovered now that the rep gave me a direct deposit form for my old banking information and now I won’t get paid from my work when I needed the money. This location is awful and it seems like the staff aren’t trained.

Been to this branch a couple times. Not good experience as the staffs are not knowledgeable as expected. Appointments are wasting time.
