Amazing service! I was greeted promptly by the staff. They made great recommendations and even though I didn’t purchase anything, they were still very nice and not pushy at all.

The staff here is very helpful, though the bags are not meant to be used every day. Luckily, the prices during a sale are amazing so I'm able to afford a new one, and if your bag does break, you can bring your receipt and exchange for store credit towards another

Min was fantastic. He was informative, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had all the necessary product features about the watch I was looking at before I made my purchase. Great team of staff working at the Pacific Centre store.

Just wanted to comment on the amazing customer service experience my girlfriend and I received regarding a watch I got her for her birthday at the Fossil store in Pacific Centre.Tiffany and Amy did a wonderful job understanding the issue we had with the watch - which is that the engraving was too small.They agreed that the font size that was chosen by one of the Fossil employees was too small from the get-go and they went above and beyond in finding the same watch (located all the way in Alberta) and we got it engraved in a better font and my girlfriend is so happy with the result.Thanks!

I would like to express my dissatisfaction that I had with the Fossil store - Pacific Center, On September 16 2022 I took my fossil watch where its battery just needed to be changed for a new one. At the time of exchange, one of the employees broke one of the clock hands. Soon, I was presented with two options, either get a watch from the store with a 50% discount or send my watch for maintenance, which would take 2 months. I chose the two-month maintenance. After more or less 20 calls now at the end of December 2022 I found out that my watch was lost and that they would give me a gift card. When I received the Gift Card, I realized that the amount I couldn't buy a watch from the Store and the solution given by the Manager" was to go to an outlet to get a watch below the gift card. After a shy of 4 months (regularly wearing), the band came off. They can't fix it and it doesn't include in its warranty. Not recommended for my type of watch. And 1 star for customer service.

I purchased a watch from Fossil about 3 years ago and at the time spent around $250 which I thought was fairly significant, but I was a fan of its mechanical styling and perpetual movements so I made the call. What a high quality watch it's proven to be so far. It does not lose its time, I've literally been in a street fight wearing this watch and it still ticked. A solid 4 blows were landed to a man's face while wearing this on my left wrist, and although the next day it did not work (later having discovered a coil had bent), I took it into Fossil and they fixed it for zero dollars and did not ask a single question. Customer service and long lasting product quality. However, I recommend not to wear a watch if physically encountering another person and in no way condone violent acts. Still get compliments on my watch to this day. 5 stars
