Great Canadian Oil Change

I am very unhappy with the Dishonesty that played out today. I couldn’t believe it, just blows my mind away. I called today the Terrace location before I came as I had time off work. I asked how much it would be to change my two fuel filters on my diesel truck. The lady said $45, I said ok I’ll be there shortly. As I got there and drove in i already saw an unhappy duo discussing the rate i should have been charged. And it seems like things would be handled. Well after the the two fuel filter change which took maybe 10 min max. I was given my invoice of $137.29. I asked how come so much? As she stated on the phone $45. She said I should have bought their fuel filters and it’s because both of them worked on the truck. Even though they both work on all the vehicles that come inside. On the invoice it says customer supplied diesel fuel filter and yet I was charged $59.95 for each of the one I supplied. I am happy to send my receipt to the management. Very unprofessional to lie to the customers. Next time just tell the truth!

Will never go back, the guys did not know where my oil filter was on a VW Jetta. They took my oil pump drain plug out looking for it so I had to show them where it was. Cost 170 for an oil change and air filter change with me supplying the oil filter and getting my hands dirty. They also charged to remove the skid plate LOL. Complete rip off

Highly recommended!! Very quick and super friendly service. The staff were kind enough to squeeze me and my family in on an emergency basis and we were able to make it home safely.

Good people. They care for the people and their engines. Go in and check for yourself. They are fast your in and out in 10 minutes. Give them a hard time while your there. They are too fast tip and tell em to slow their role. I change my own oil once in a while. I do like or encourage myself and fellow vehicle owners too spend the money and get your oil change locally. Supporting your local business is severely important to our economy. If we support our local shops. We will become stronger. Amazon, tim Hortons and other companies are taking revenue out of smaller shops. Sorry for my rambling. It's late and I'm off too bed on this fine night. Take care everyone. Love hugs and respect.

On one of my visits, we had a very slight mishap but management was exceptional in rectifying the issue. I am a frequent customer with a European vehicle and they always treat her with care. Staff is professional and fast compared to most drive thru operations. Definitely recommend their service. I had a chance to meet and speak with the owner and he’s a class act.

Awesome place we did our new vehicles first oil change and they even changed out my cabin air filter. Highly recommend these guys top ten and sit back relax while they work on your vehicle.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could!To make a long story short, I had what I thought was a routine oil change done later to find out the oil plug wasn't inserted properly and caused my engine to seize on an other wise perfectly fine vehicle that is used for travelling across western Canada to commute for work. After 3 weeks of back and fourth between the store manager and the mechanic shop, finally a cheque was sent at the maximum amount the shop manager was willing to spend and although it didn't cover the entire cost there was no luck trying to get the remaining $250 covered which came out of my pocket. Thus leaving me with an engine that had more kilometres on it then the original (no other engine could be found for that cheap), my warranty is now invalid, Im out of pocket the tow truck fee, the $110 for the oil change that wrecked my vehicle, and all the money spent on hotels, lost income from not being able to travel for work not to mention gas money to have someone come from Alberta (10+ hour drive) to pick me up and take me to my vehicle at the mechanics shop when it was completed 4 weeks later. All of which could have been done sooner if the initial quote was taken and yes the shop would have been out of money but that's business. Me loosing thousands because of their employees error shouldn't be my fault to pay for and would have saved me waiting around and not being able to work for almost a month.All said and done I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. Sure they paid the majority for the engine to be replaced but made it clear I didn't deserve much else covered. Not even an apology. And if you do happen to have a claim with this shop and the manager doesn't want to help you or only wants to do so much good luck trying to get corporates help because they keep there nose out as each shop is run individually and they dont seem to care much about the customer experience/service.
