One of the big 3 when it comes to parts stores. Not my go too. Hours have shortened. Still one of the best places and will almost always have what you need or can get it. I mean I used to visit more I just get discounts elsewhere these days so paying 43 dollars for a 10 dollar seal doesn't get me all revved up these days.Still one of the top big 3. Staff always friendly and they know what they are talking about.

Within their return policy; I was returning a part I didn't use. Meanwhile, the staff (including the manager), accused me of returning a part that was previously installed. I suggested comparing the part with their current stock and they refused. Additionally, the manager and counter attendant were yelling at the top of their lungs like children. Very unprofessional. Better off buying from CTR down the street since they are known to honour their company policies.

Chris is a great sales person, knowledgebale and provided the excellent customer service. Got the exhaust muffler with the best price in the city with related bolts and gasket, everything was in stock. Recommend this location and contact Chris.

Always seem to have the harder to find items in stock and not order it in. Little higher in price but worth it for not waiting on the part to come in. Guys at the desk are fun to joke around with.

I bought Rear Brake drums for my truck .Drums were faulty ,my brakes were not working good .it was dangers to drive in this condition.Brought it back to Piston Ring they didn't gave me my money $250 back they offer me another new set of drums with no warranty .I refuse and left faulty drums on the counter .I hope Piston Ring owner will place my faulty drums close to his tv and every time he will look at it (found another sacker for $250)I was baying parts in Piston Ring whole my life .Not any more and phrase (we are standing for our Parts )false .Every buddy stay away from Piston Ring China no warranted parts .Will do it on the face book to tel others.
