Excellent service and very helpful. After some communication issues with one of the stores, the Burnside outlet resolved the problem in perfect form. The store on Oxford was very helpful too. I will be back! :)

We have been shopping at NG Burnside for some time now and continue to be very pleased with the whole process. Most of the team are well informed on the products, eager to help, yet not too pushy. This is good! Now if you can just do something about the parking !I like the web development very much. I travel 3 hours to get to metro and so knowing what is available before I get there is very important.Keep up the great work!

I truly cannot speak highly enough regarding the superior - and I mean SUPERIOR - customer service I have consistently received from the Noble Grape team at their Burnside location.It began when I first wanted to start brewing. Fantastic service was provided to me when I purchased equipment. No big deal, right? Pretty much what one should expect. But let me continue.I have reached out to them with questions and issues I've faced regarding brewing, which they have always answered in store, on the phone, or via email. I have requested items that were, at the time, not in stock... without having to check with them again, I receive an email advising the items I wanted are now in stock, and asking if I would like them put aside for my purchase. When the pandemic restrictions came into place, they closed their doors but remained open so that you could order items (included grain bills and hop mixtures for your specific recipe needs) and pick up.Let me tell you about a couple of specific instances.On a Sunday brew day, my GrainFather gave me some issues. I messaged the store on Monday morning... by that afternoon (THE SAME DAY) they had a new controller system for my GrainFather so I could start brewing again. They didn't ask me to send the item for repair... they didn't advise to go through the manufacturer... they didn't give me any hassle... just BOOM, here is your replacement.In June, my wife gave me an Evil Twin grain mill for Father's Day. It began giving me some issues in October; I messaged the store, and they gave me some potential solutions. Unfortunately, none of them rectified the problem, so I brought the mill in for them to take a look. Mark checked the mill and found what he believed was the issue. So I could go just pick it up, right? Nope. Mark advised I could take it back, and hopefully it would give me no further issues... OR I could take a brand new Evil Twin mill.. OR I could take full price credit for the mill to put towards purchasing a better one, more suited for my needs.WHAT?! Unreal. Simply and absolutely unreal. THAT right there is customer service. The Noble Grape team truly cares about their clients.Mark, thank you.And as for the people with whom I normally deal at the shop - Jessica and Dan - you are both phenomenal each and every time I stop by, call or email... you two are the ones who have gotten me into brewing, who have helped me along the way, and who continue to keep me coming back to this store.Noble Grape in Burnside... you get my highest possible recommendation.

We made both red and white wine for our daughter's wedding and it turned out absolutely fabulous. The custom labels and pretty gold seals made the wine bottles look so wonderful. The staff were very friendly and really were helpful guiding us through the process.

I've spent the last three years attending one of the other Nobel grape locations out of habit and familiarity. Had I realized just how unbelievable different the experience could be due to the knowledge, warmth, humor and razor-sharp attentiveness of Blake and the staff at Burnside, I would've switched locations immediately. The first location was professional and helpful but I now realize it lacked that extra-special something known as warmth and energy. So glad I stumbled in to the Burnside location. They're my wine suppliers for life.

My wife and daughter had purchased 2 wine kits and paid for the alcohol booster for both kits. One of them obviously didn't get it. My wife called and was told bring one of the boost-less bottles to the store as proof and they would start a new kit with the booster for free. She asked me to do that as I happened to be on vacation. When I got there, they were less than helpful, not friendly-bordering on rude, and did not honour what they told my wife. Ultimately, my wife got what they had promised her, but it took a second phone call and second trip to that Noble Grape store. I was not impressed with the service at that store, but that is not representative of all their stores.

Always helpful and this is the best location for stock, especially if you are looking for something more unusual.

Being going here for years. Knowledgeable staff, friendly, they offer good advice. Their beer ingredient stock has really grown this last year. Great customer service.
