Bought a Kingsdown mattress and adjustable bed frame. They are great and exactly what I wanted and were on sale. Arrived within 7 days as promised. The mattress and frame a wonderful, but let me say, the delivery team were the stars. They arrived on time, were extremely polite, fast and they took all the packaging and mess away with them. Everything was set up and plugged in and in the right place. If I could get everything I buy delivered by that team, life would be so much easier!

Had a great experience with the sales rep James - he was immediately attentive and helpful! The other lady that checked me out was equally wonderful and was thorough in her explanation and all the fine details!! Was very pleased with the entirety of my shopping trip :-)

Josh was amazing! Super friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. The furniture was exactly what we ordered and the delivery experience was amazing. The delivery guys were very professional; laid down carpet runs to keep everything clean; and set everything up exactly where we wanted it. Can't say enough about how good the experience was!!! J&T

One stop shopping! Needed pieces for several different areas in our home. Kim was great at helping us select what we needed & quickly got a sense of our tastes. She was able to find stock from other warehouses that weren’t available locally. Carter was also helpful with some items in the outlet warehouse. Delivery was going to be a week away but ended up with an opening 2 days away which was fantastic as we had nowhere to sit in our house. Delivery came today. Our movers were efficient, set everything up & tidied up all the packing materials. Teppermans has always been our go to store & this visit confirmed why! Thank you!

Staff was very helpful in assisting us with the items we wanted to purchase. Getting to pay for the items was very slow. Standing in line for 15 minutes before being served (only 3 people ahead of us) plus waiting another 15 minutes to process the order. I think that this is an area that can be improved on.

Received a defective sectional where the middle/corner seat does not align with the rest of the couch. The feet do not even touch the floor. 2 techs have been sent out and cannot fix this manufacturing issue. Tepperman's has confirmed that all floor models across multiple stores have this same issue so a replacement is not an option but yet they continue to keep selling this couch 3 months afterwards. They also will not offer you a refund, but try and offer you a percentage off the purchased price to sick you with the defective item and then provide poor customer service. Save yourself the hassle and purchase elsewhere!

The sales guys are absolutely amazing, everyone we dealt with. Their delivery team however is abysmal. We purchased a king mattress, 2 box springs, foot board, sideboards, headboard, 2 night stands, mattress protector, 2 pillows, dresser and mirror, tall dresser, painting, and kitchen table with extra chairs. Now have to schedule another day to have our damaged headboard, and painting replaced and our table. When they delivered our furniture they acted like kids in the parking lot right next to the giant labelled teppermans truck. We had a mattress delivery today. 2 of the 3 delivery guys were super rude, pushy and uncooperative. They couldn’t figure out our apartment complex. Told me they have to call because they aren’t allowed to change the address (address is correct). I had to then call customer care to have them take care of it for me. They ended up delivering it. Told my sister she was too slow for them to deliver it. Complained about having to carry a mattress down 5 stairs. You guys are furniture delivery people? What do you do when you have to carry a mattress to the top floor of someone’s home? The fact we already had a mattress baffled them and couldn’t figure out what to do. We were told 1230pm-230pm they showed up around 330pm.Never had such a bad experience for delivery from competitors.

my experience was absolutely amazing. I was interested in the Pet Pro Washer and Dryer pair and could not make it to the store before the sale ended so I contacted the store and was able to get amazing service over the telephone and purchased the washer and dryer over the phone as if I was standing in the store. Was able to get it at the sale price and was able to go to the store the next day even though the sale was technically over and pay for the washer/dryer - I am such a happy customer

Fantastic customer service! Josh Millar and Brandon Afara went above and beyond to help us find the perfect couch within our price range. And with the shipping time being 4 months out they offered us a temporary couch in the meantime which is very appreciated. We got a great deal on our couch that we didn't find anywhere else. And we looked at every store around this block that sells couches. Thank you!

I must first give a big shout out to Theresa. She was the only person that talked to us with respect and took the time to help up.Now in may we bought a bedroom set from teppermans they wanted to charge us for 2 deliveries we chose to combine them and do 1. Delivery day come around no dresser was delivered the guy was about to mount the mirror on the wall luckily I heard him and asked what happened to my dresser he said he didn’t see one. The bed frame came damaged. Customer service gave me the run around about the damage. First the dresser was coming on the 24 of June didn’t show. Then they told me it was coming today nothing and if I didn’t call I wouldn’t know that it wasn’t coming. So I went to the store talked to Theresa she called The manager and that’s when everything went left Stacey Is thmanager and man was she rude she never allows you to finish your sentence she’s rude and dismissive telling us that she is doing us a favour returning the stuff number one last I never got my stuff so how is it a favour she walked away mid sentence and would not allow us to ask her anything. As a manager her behaviour and attitude towards paying customers is disgusting and disrespectful. Stacey is not fit for her position. You guys need to do better stop giving customers the run around and be honest I will never purchase anything from teppermans again
