fair warning, if your knife is valuable don't take it here. in hindsight i shouldnt have trusted a shop like this with my benchmade 940-1 but he assured me he could do it and told me he had experience with custom knives. when i got the knife back the blade had grind marks all over it and was ground up below where the edge is supposed to start, the thumb stud was ground down, and the carbon fibre scales had grind marks on them. when i told him i was unhappy with the results and left the knife with him (expecting him to order parts or something) his solution was to remove material from the carbon fibre scale to hide the grind marks, which i dont know how anyone could think that was a good idea. refused to replace the knife. would have been nice if he just told me straight up that wasnt his area instead of ruining a knife i saved for weeks to buy.

Len and gang have consistently sharpened blades to be indistinguishable from new - noticeable when you are cutting 18mm Baltic Birch and top grade melamine everyday.
