I'm ashamed to have spent a year with this company.With experience with multiple REIT's, and RP company's, I am confident with my review:The company has become complacent with tenant hospitality for the worse, and do not accommodate to their own agreement.To begin; my room had mold within the vents and carpet upon arrival.4 months in my hot water shut off in the kitchen, dis-allowing me to clean utensils and dishes. (for the remainder of my stay.. Seriously.)Water got shut off maybe once or twice a month, and sometimes for multiple days. This gave for an extremely poor experience due to my own personal hygiene for work.The last 2 months of my stay, my roof started leaking profusely.The first time I had called the emergency line, the answer was, Is it serious

Honestly 1 start places are small or very damaged the landlord special is a real thing hear and you pay over 950 for a one room apartment on the Northside of lethbridge also their trying to get me kicked out of their building for no reason their not easy to work with and they are 2 faced in their replies

A very big 0 star for the places and the customer service they have, because there is no “customer service” with this people. Always gives you rude and unprofessional answer when you try to talk to them. Probably you have call them 10 times to solve your issues.The building which we used to live says no smoking building in the advertisement but when we moved in there were more than 50 cigarette butts in patio and the unit was also very dirty which took whole day to clean.Be very careful and don’t waste your money here.

No one should take a house and Appartment in Northview company .First say here maintenance is free and after sends invoice for payment. This has happened to me 2 times, so never take an Appartment in Northview company.Very third class service and very dirty Appartment.

They lost my lease agreement, made me resign 3/4 through my lease, and refused to update my billing information resulting in NSF charges, despite having paid in person and notifying the reps twice by phone and in person. If you want bad service, bad reps, and to consider lawsuits in small claims court, come to Northview. They're awful.

We were quite happy with our rental suite and everything went well until the move out.Two days before the move out inspection we spent considerable time cleaning the rental suite. It was as clean if not cleaner than when we moved in.This is when it got frustrating.A Northview representative did not show up for our scheduled move out inspection. After waiting a full 30 minutes past the scheduled time we took the initiative and tried contacting them both by phone and directly at their office. Their office was closed on that day and nobody was available to answer the phone. Even though Northview had our phone number, Instead of contacting us to re-schedule the inspection, they simply completed the walk through by themselves without providing us any notification. Needless to say it has been an ongoing struggle to try to get my damage deposit back and it is difficult to defend ourselves since, through no fault of our own, we were not present at the move out inspection.So far they have taken no responsibility or accountability for not showing up at our schedule time nor have they offered an apology for wasting our time.On our final statement, Northview deducted item they shouldn't have and has overcharged me on GST and on their admin fee. When I call I just get bounced around from person to person and nobody address the issue.All these issues could have been avoided with better communication and I still hope for a reasonable outcome but after six emails, six phone calls and much time wasted we will see.

I just wish they would stay in touch with you when they have to order some parts to fix a problem in your unit such as rollers for your patio sliding door.?! Or stand by their word or promises. Next time I’ll know better and get everything in writing from this property management company!!

I called everyday for 2 weeks trying to get my internet fixed, because the wire running from the basement of my building to my room was shot. Not a single time did I get to talk to someone, it was always voicemail. I left a message everytime and I never once got a call back. And it was supposed to be fixed last thursday when I was gone. But the never told me if it was actually fixed, but the issue is still happening. Also when I moved in the place was absolutely filthy. The bedroom had 6 inches of dirt come out of it, with my bed an furniture in it. So I only vacuumed at most 2 thirds of the room. And all of the floors took 5 Swiffer and they still come back completely black. So they obviously did not get the room cleaned professionally as they claim to do in the lease. And they won't return my calls about that either. Also when I was trying to find a place to lease I was dealing with Lorrie who is terrible, she would take days to respond to any calls or texts and was rude the whole time. Overall terrible and if you have another option 100 percent take it. Unfortunately they were the only ones I was able to rent with.

The management is so rude to their tenants, we were facing problems for paying first month rent as they didn’t tell us how to pay and because of that we got late fee charges we though we called them on 1st June itself to ask for the process and they didn’t pick up call or responded to text. The regional manager is so freaking rude , she should really watch her attitude and tone how to speak to the tenants. Also we have unfinished work in our apartment which they haven’t completed, they gave us a unworking laundry card and we had to buy a new one. The management is freaking so unmanaged they hardly respond to your calls, texts and impose charges on you which are not justified.

Even under new ownership, worse than ever.There are always mechanical issues with the 2 elevators in a 16 floor apartment complex. One elevator wouldn't be working for weeks at a time. On one occasion that I am aware of, both elevators were not working at all for hours.This latest time time was on boxing day 2020; first day both elevators were not working at all. This continued for a couple of days. Despite the claim of this being a smoke free building, it is not. There are times where there is a strong odor of cigarette smoke inside the apartment and even sitting on the balcony.
