Was directly lied to by Kevin about credit card fees. When I confronted him he lied again and denied ever lying at all, and I think he actually believes it. I am going to close all of my accounts with TD because I do not trust this shady organization.

I attended this branch yesterday with a bank draft to deposit and mentioned to the teller that I would require a bank draft next Wednesday or Thursday as a down payment. She told me that they couldn’t do that because they had to hold the original draft for 5 business days? She asked her supervisor who said the same thing? A bank draft is as good as cash! I will be removing my account that I’ve had for over 30 years.

This branch has knowledgeable staff. I went to this branch even though it's not my home branch because I needed help transferring funds from Ontario. Wilson helped me with the forms and we went through all the information carefully to make sure it was done right. He was easy to talk to and provided his availability for the rest of the week because I was concerned my documents would not reach Ontario in time. Everything was done well and I was extremely happy with the service Wilson provided. Thank you!
