The products are excellent and the new ambiance now is wonderful. I recently shifted to them from another brand and am never going back! The customer support is accommodating and attentive and I feel like I can reach out to them easily.

I love LLBA! this company really cares about their customers and offers them a lot of support and growth opportunities! They put a lot of effort and creativity into their packaging designs , photography and social media. Not to mention the products are high quality, reasonably priced and the customer service is excellent!

I wanted to be a lash tech for a long time. My lash tech course journey was not the best than a friend of mine talked to me about LLBA Professional. I was skeptic at first based on previous experience and lots of money lost. I decided to register and took the leap of faith. I was not disappointed. The teacher was available and they made the process to easy. They made themselves available in a timely manner and answered all the questions I had. They provided me with great feedback on my assignments. They were just amazing! I recommend LLBA Professional for your courses! On top of this, all this was online courses.

I am obsessed with LLBA products, it’s a one stop shop of amazing quality products. I’ve tried their lash trays, premades, lash growth serum, and macro lens which I use for high quality content till this day. My recent obsession is the lashfolio as it’s convenient and gives amazing results with the finished look and retention. I recommend LLBA to all artists.

I don't generally write reviews but the number of times LLBA Professional has helped me out of tricky situations with their fast services and pleasant customer support is countless! I visited their new warehouse at Lakeshore Rd recently and would recommend the brand to everyone: from beginner to advanced.... they are bigger and better now!

Their products are so reliable! My business is in Mississauga and their order could be ready by the same day which is very convenient for me. I’ve purchased their pro mades which had made lashing so much easier. Im also a huge fan of their tweezers! Good quality products and would buy again

Love love loveee LLBA products! I tried out the LashFolio and they turned out so beautiful, and natural on my client! It saved so much time when lashing rather then having to hand make each fan! Definitely recommended LLBA products! So high quality :)

LLBA is a decent and professional beauty bar. It was my first time to do the brows lamination which is a fantastic expenerice. Staffs are welled-explained how's it work and how to maintain it. The most impressed was providing blanket and offering massage while doing treatment. Also, they won't hard sell which is not pressure! Next time, I definately want to try their lash extention which is their professtional part too.

Great product but terrible ordering time, says 2-4 shipping days @ $16.00 shipping cost. I am upset that i have to change my products now because i can't rely on the time they say your order is going to be in; especially when your low on products!!

I’m not even sure where to start this. I ordered 2 lash trays on May 8th, it’s now May 17th and no one from the company can tell me where my package is or why it’s taking so long to be shipped. AFTER paying $10 for 2-4 day shipping and then not receiving my items within 2-4 days is not only extremely frustrating. But why am I paying extra for a package that’s taking almost 2 weeks to reach me? The customer service has been hard to get into contact with and can’t offer a lot of solutions to the problem. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from this company again. I had to cancel 2 client appointments because of how long these are taking to reach me. Don’t recommend this company for “fast and easy” experience
