I've been getting my haircut with Jean and Carole's for over 10 years. They do an excellent job and I have always been very satisfied with their service. Regularly I enjoy full face grooming which Jean, who does an excellent job. This is not your regular middle of the road place where they don't care much about their customers. With Carole and Jean you can bet that they will do an excellent job.

I'm 16 and have school pictures tommorow. He was probably the most experienced barber I've ever had. He did everything with great care and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. He cares so much for hair healthiness and gave me tips for at home. I will no longer be going anywhere else!

I love love love going to see Carole! She is amazing! I always walk out feeling great with fresh highlights, a small trim and eyebrows done!Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a hairstylist who cares! Also, she is an amazing barber! My boyfriend has been going there for years because Carole does an amazing fade! 5 stars all the way! P.S. she makes delicious Baklava!!!

Still can’t believe the feeling I have after visiting Jean. Recently moved and needed a new barber. My cut/ trim is exactly what I could have wanted and more. Unbelievable experience, would recommend to anyone.

Jean has been cutting my hair for several years. I'm so happy to see him working alongside Carole again. Tonight he gave me an awesome shave and a haircut. Hot towels, face massage and a shave way better than I can ever do myself. Highly recommended!!!

I recently moved to Ottawa and was looking for a salon. Went to several other brands but none of them does the haircut like Jean. I was referred by one of my friends and I would like to refer him to everyone who likes the old school method of haircut using scissors and razors rather than just having trimmer. He did an excellent job as he has masters in hairstyling and for a very nominal price. Cheaper than a lot of saloons.

Carole is a lovely person and a terrific hairdresser and stylist. I am so glad to have found her. Her place is very accessible and parking is not a problem. Her prices are very reasonable. I would recommend her to anyone, she has magically changed my hair into a hair style that is perfect for me.

Recently moved to Ottawa, and was looking for hair salon for a nice haircut. I evaulated a lot of options through Google maps and ultimately ended up here.And frankly, I was not disappointed. Sir Jean just took a single look at few of my reference pics and then I simply trusted his instincts to get a precise hairstyle. The result was according to my expectations, and I was quite satisfied with it. I would certainly come back to him next time.

Carole did an AMAZING job of my hair!! I came in for a balayage, and was quite nervous because I had never dyed my hair before. It was my first time at her salon. She was so friendly, did a beautiful job and for such a great price!!Thank you Carole and I will be back!!!
