Went there for an appointment, which they cancelled with no proper warning. They said they tried to reach me, but all I am seeing in my call log is a bl9cked unknown number which my phone recognized as potential fraud". I came all the way from chteauguay for this appointment

terrible experience！After spending half a year trying to make an appointment, I finally managed to secure one today at the Open File office. Despite the fact that the office is located two hours away from my home and it was snowing heavily, I still decided to come, as getting through on the appointment phone line was already a challenge.when I arrived at the office on time, the staff refused to let me enter without any explanation. Instead, they directed me to the back door to find a security guard. I followed the instructions and showed the guard the appointment information that I received from the official SAAQ. However, the guard simply glanced at it and declared that it was fraudulent information. What?! I made the appointment through the official SAAQ phone line and received confirmation of the appointment from them. How could the guard accuse me of fraud without any valid reason?The staff's attitude was extremely arrogant and dismissive, which made me feel discriminated against. I demand an explanation from the department and an apology from the staff member who treated me in such a manner. Your work attitude is unacceptable, and it has wasted both my time and money.

Service quality has deteriorated year over year. Unable to book any appointements at all anymore. This is delaying so many things from my licence renewal, medical card renewal. I don't understand how they keep getting worse every year. Other service outlets is not even permitting me to book on a timely manner to renew passports too. Quebec fix your administrative services.

Absolutely atrocious customer service: you’ll get accused and accosted by staff and security of wrong doings even if you maintain a calm attitude.They’ll internally share your personal information and use it to harass you further, should you dare try to file a complaint against them to higher authoritiesGo anywhere else, especially if you’re not a native QC.

The worse experience I ever had in driving center!!They don’t want to work!!Three times I needed to go there only to exchange my US driving license with Canadian one !!!Every time I have to wait with appointment for at least 4 hours then they say ohhh! it will take long time to do it and one person only do this so please come next week and they give me other appointment !!!

This is the first I met people who work in SAAQ has smiles on face , are patient to explain your question and are knowledgeable about their work. Honestly, I am affected.

I went to do my road test in this location. After my second attempt I finally passed. I must say the evaluator the second time was somehow rude. I asked him nicely if he could at least tell me “right” or “left” in English since it is easier for me. He said no since I understood French. In the end, He said I needed to work on my blind spots and mentioned that I was “lucky” for passing and that he was waiting for me to make another mistake but I didn’t. I just do not understand their attitude. If you don’t like your job, then don’t work there. I must say that instead of being happy for passing I felt bad about his attitude. As if I didn’t deserve to pass. The circuit is easy, you just need to be confident and do not let them ruin your day.
