Although the flying experience was fun, I also purchased photos with my experience. Despite sending multiple emails as a follow up regarding the photos, iFly staff $40 wasted on pics that are nowhere to be seen or found…. Which is especially disappointing as this has been a gift.I would also strongly urge people to watch videos with more detailed instructions than the ones provided by Ifly, as the flights are short and mastering the techniques is more challenging than it seems, especially with the limited information in their videos. Staff were enthusiastic and it was a neat experience, I do not agree with paying for photos when they are nonexistent and feel i was ripped off as a result.

Incredible experience! Was the first time for the four of us (kids included) and we had a blast! The staff is top-notch; very knowledgeable and very experienced. We will definitely be going back and recommend it to all!

Ryan was a superb instructor and fun to chat with too. Made us feel at ease and safe and answered every question we had. The facility is great but the excellent staff all around really made the experience for our group.

My 6 year old loved it, it was an awesome experience for him. Staff is great, friendly and helpful. Only thing is do not pay in advance for the vertical flight, I paid for it and they didn't end up doing it and once it was over they told me they don't do refunds. I wasn't told I can pay for the option separately if he had done it, you can get it as an add on if you decide to do it on the spot. Even though I was upset regarding the extra charge I was still happy that my son enjoyed every second of it.

I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a fantastic experience with excellent customer service. The staff members are knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, and they will go out of their way to make sure that you have a wonderful time. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so memorable!

Oh....my.....God. if you want to go to a place where not only do you get the BEST service EVER, but also a fantastic experience for your kids and yourself, the this is the place to be. I could not have asked for a better time spent with my kids. The staff are beyond amazing. They were so good to my little guy(his first time going). They made is fun, funny, exciting and safe.
