Dynamic Snow and Mow

Waited days for snow removal,Would say they were coming, and not show

Terrible job. Discussed doing both detaching and aerating to the front and back yard (I live in a shared home with a bachelor suite beneath) only partly aerated the front lawn because they didn’t do under the trailer and we asked if they needed help moving stuff and they said they were all “able bodied people”. Back yard looks like someone ran from one end to the other like they were scared of the dogs. At LEAST 70% of the yard was missed. He said sometimes the machine doesn’t plug sometimes so that’s why that would be missed. They charged me $315

Intermittent, sketchy work. I still have to maintain and fuel all my yard equipment and do it myself. They show up for 10 minutes and leave w. furniture and fencing or what ever they like from widowed senior's homes.

This guy is a scammer! He double bills and worst yet, he double bills the most vulnerable in our society:Seniors! My parents are part of the Better at Home program, which is government and United Way funded to help Seniors. Chance Krahn bills unsuspecting clients (Seniors who have the cost covered by United Way, Government and other Charitable Donations) and then also bills the Better at Home Program. Shameful Company. Plus, most of the workers are lazy, do an inept job and are unreliable…you never know if or when they will show up to do Lawn Cutting or Snow Removal. Plus, if you ask the workers to clean up the mess that they left, they get obnoxious (Large guy and Tattooed Female Work team) and just plain rude. We have had enough of Dynamic Snow and Mow and the unethical Chance Krahn. I have also been told that with clients other than the Better at Home contract, his company has done really terrible snow removal! Would never hire Chance. He seems to get 5 stars on his Facebook page though…which no doubt are his family and friends.
