We had a great experience with our home inspection, Wil is very professional, detailed, thorough with inspection and reporting. He does a one on one phone follow up (in our situation that was the best form of communication since we were out of province) and went over any concerns or questions we had about our report. We were really impressed by the dept and quality of the inspection done. The report was well laid out will good visuals and descriptions that were easy to understand. Will was very knowledgeable and took the time to go through the house with us after the inspection was complete to explain it further. Definitely would recommend Up Close inspections!

Wil Klassen with Up Close Inspections completed two house inspections for my girlfriend and I. He is very good at what he does and I’d recommend him to anyone, leaves a very good detailed report for you at the end and while doing the walk through he knows a lot about how houses are built and can really explain the problem areas.
