Lux Laundry

Before the pandemic, it was a great place to do laundry - one of the nicest in the city, and it still probably is. I spent many hours here in relative comfort and the ladies were amazing. Its hours used to be a godsend for QEW commuters. I want to rate it higher than I am. Sadly, the closing time is earlier than it used to be and the cutoff has advanced even further. If you can't make it here by 7:00, this is no longer the laundromat for you.

Presentable, clean & organized location.Their staff go above & beyond for patrons, their employees are always extremely welcoming & helpful. There has been interactions in which they would go out of their way and organize my laundry.Highly recommend, the best laundromat I've ever used due to the incredible staff who've been there for a long time.

Best place to do your laundry if you don't have your own laundry set. Clean, friendly staff working. Never had an issue with washing my clothes here, In and out pretty quickly.

As I was changing my washer and dryer I needed a place to do my laundry. I came here as I saw the “lux” concept. It is a very nice laundry place. I like that it has plenty of seats while roaming around. It has different ambiances and you can even buy bedsheets!They have washer machines of different capacities which is very convenient.There is free wifi. Plenty of parking and located at a very convenient street.I wish they have snacks and drinks to complete the “lux” experience.

I was very disappointed when I pulled up on my very expensive ebike and I was told to leave it outside. I would have had no problem doing that had Lux had a bike rack I could have locked my bike up to but was told to park it in a parking spot and that it would be ok there ". No chance I was doing that as these bikes walk away on their own. The laundry facilities are well kept and have a lot of different sizes to make sure you only spend what you need.Edit: My rating for the facility and the staff is a 5 for sure. I went to 3 other laundromats and wasn't allowed to bring it in any of them. It's hard when my only mode of transportation is a huge target for thieves. I went home and grabbed my folding electric scooter and returned to LUX to do my laundry. Thank you for the response and I think I\m going to petition the property owner to add a bike rack. Fingers crossed."

LUX LAUNDRY is very clean thought it was a new place but apparently it’s been there for years plastic cups of empty detergent bottles are clean and used for coins from the change coin machine has a 50 diners style small booths even the colour is conducive to the 50s diner‘s small patio at the back inventive for such a tiny space with lots of seating flowers and clean thanks to Sheryl (with an “S”) for making the The environment and inviting one when you need help she drops everything and she’s right there she’s really great thanks LUX LAUNDRY for being there for all of us.Lots of parking also.Such a great place lots of hours opened to accommodate all three working shifts.This is the place to go a must see.

Great customer service, the lady went above and beyond explaining how everything works. She even asked if I needed coins or detergent and checked in on me.

I love going to this laundromat, it is so well kept by the staff. There is one woman named Sheryl who is so nice and helpful, she always makes the process of doing my laundry a pleasure! Thanks again Sheryl for all of your help, keep up the great work!

Very clean, wash and fold service fir fair pricing. Staff are helpful. Can get change on-site fir machines, 5 load machines, bring your own detergents or purchase by the cup.

The girls that work there are very friendly and helpful. My only problem is with the new owners . They put the price up on all the washing machinesand the spin cycle isn't good . My clothes are pretty wet when I put them in the dryer and spend more to get them dry.
