My first experience dealing with a car salesman after being in Canada for only about a month, and I will wholeheartedly say, Moe is by far one of the best I have dealt with, from start to finish he did everything and made my journey of getting a vehicle as painless as possible, even making sure the vehicle was up to par where safety is concerned, not just what the government requires. Well these guys sold me a 2008 Cadillac STS4, The person I bought it from said it only needed a couple of things to certify, maybe a hub or a stabilizer nothing big... We shook hands on this, unfortunately I initialed the sold as is part of the contract and I am out 6700 bucks.. The car can not be certified, I tried to get a trade for another car and they would not budge, they said I threatened them and would call the police, I am still waiting. They are thieves.

So, buying a used vehicle can be extremely stressful. I had all kinds of doubt, worry and hesitation while shopping for my new (to me :) ) '05 Envoy slt. I'd finally found it at STARLINE SALES&LEASING and dealt with Moe the whole time. He walked me through the process patiently, he responded to ALL of my calls (and texts) within an hour tops, (Usually was right away) and this was the same AFTER I had bought the truck. Now, I had run into an issue that needed to be fixed, (which was my worry...and is a definite possibility with used cars) but he put my concerns to rest immediately and took care of the whole thing. Honestly, I would absolutely recommend going there. Ask for Moe, he will go the extra distance for you.Oh, I also wanted to mention, I live 3 hours away from Pickering. Moe was MORE than willing to take care of everything so when I got there, it took all of 15 Min to pick it up. He also offered extended warranties and was thorough in explaining the details.
