Guess when you ask for a burger it doesn’t come as advertised on the screen. Bacon and cheese is an extra? Since when do I need to ask for that as well. To get the correct order after you shouldn’t charge again. F¥ck you know how long it takes you to make 14$ make me buy my burger twice vvtf

I drive for skip the dishes, this is the worst place in St. Thomas for having food completed on time.When you make delivery drivers wait 5 minutes longer than the expected time, every damn time, it costs us money and annoys your customers.Start making the order when you get it on your tablet or change the estimated pickup time!!!!

Jody served us at approximately 11 pm. She smiled and served us promptly. She made our night a better one! The food was perfect as well! We will definitely eat here again!

Went through the drive thru, Service very friendly. Burgers were ok just doesn't seem to be as good as they use to be. Not very much toppings and not as tasty to me. Teen burger has always been 1 of my favorite burgers. And pricing no comment, guess it's the times we are in. Can't afford to eat here or anywhere anymore. All the best

Ordered a single coffee in the drive through. Just a single car in front of me. Took a few minutes. Sat there watching them not make my coffee for some time. Then when they started they realized they had no coffee. Asked me to pull around the side and wait. Got a coffee about 5 minutes later... be better A&W.

This following experience is my standard experience with unfortunately no exception:Every Single Time, there are atleast 4-5 employees minimum, sometimes more… and it doesn’t matter if the store is dead or not, there’s never more that 1 or 2 of those said minimum 4-5 employees doing anything I have waited at least 15mins for a single burger and a drink before and it doesn’t get any better if you order more than that. They need to do better.

Went through drive through around 10am. Not busy. Got a all Canadian breakfast to go. Tasted good and fresh. Will get again.Hashbrown was nice and crispy. Bread was toasted and buttered well. Eggs were perfectly cooked. Bacon and sausage was good but nothing out of this world.

Terrible experience, I like a&w but this location is just SO bad, the head office needs to look into this location and the trainig of the staff. Food takes forever, is usually cold & I get overchagred because the drive thru people can't press the right button.

The drive thru girl kept telling me a spicy chicken sandwich was 14$. I explained it's 8 she said yes tax brings that to 14 $ lmao train your staff better will not be back
