I got great service from this company. They came out to service my mother's old gas stove. They tried to get a replacement part for the stove, but it was unavailable. Fortunately, Fix-M-All recommended a great scratch and dent" appliance store (Ourr Home and Applicances)

She was quick and courteous. We thought we were going to be waiting almost 2 weeks for a part but she contacted us to get it done in less than a week. Would recommend for oven repair.

She came to my house for warranty work. She never fixed the problem and said the part was on order to fix my appliance. Months go by, I call her back, she never ordered the part said she can't fix it. I call the company the appliance came from, she closed the work order and of course got paid for not fixing my problem. Now the warranty is up and there is a case file going on with GE. She completely lied about ordering the part and obviously does not know how to fix the problem. Don't do your business with her, very unprofessional and unreliable.

My stove died during COVID-19 stay at home order, and no appliance repair technicians were responding to my phone calls. When I finally found Fix-m-all and got in contact with them, I received an appointment with Stefania within a day. Stefania was very accommodating and professional. She showed up with her COVID-19 protection measures (masks and gloves). Within 5 mins she identified the problem with my stove and had the parts ordered! My stove is now back to full function.I highly recommend Fix m all and Stefania! She is quite knowledgeable about appliance repair, and her professionalism speaks for itself.

I have used Fix-M-All's service three times and, every time, I have been more than impressed with the quality of their work, with their honesty, and with their more-than-reasonable prices. Now, whenever a device needs repairs, I will call Fix-M-All first. If they're too busy, only then would I look for someone else.

Stefania was amazing and very thorough she had my oven back up and working within an hour of being here. I would totally recommend her.

Stef was here on time and diagnosed the problem within minutes, ordered the part and was back promptly the next day to repair. She is a true professional and we would recommend her to our friends for sure! It’s so nice to get excellent service in a time where there is little to be found, good work Stef!!

I have been a appliance tech for 32 yrs and have never seen so many missed diagnosis. I have worked for General Electric and Direct Energy and have never seen someone throw back refrigeration jobs to another company because of lack of experience.She may be a good tech other wise but does not know refrigeration.I would not recommend this company for any refrigeration repairs.But she seems to handle other appliance repairs adequately.

Very pleased with Fix-M-All! Stef is a wealth of knowledge, honest, hardworking and taught us a thing or two while servicing 3 different kitchen appliances. Very happy and will definitely use again should we need other services.

Stephanie is very knowledgeable and thorough with her work. She quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and came back to fix my washer. During her initial visit, I mentioned that the dryer although working, was making a noise as well. She recommended she do a checkup and cleaning when she would be back to fix the washer. I was pleased she remembered and did just that during the second visit. She was able to locate the sound of the noise and fix it, as well as give the dryer a good cleaning. Fix-M-All Appliances were great to work with. I'll definitely reach out in the future for any other appliance needs I have. Thanks again Stephanie!
