Terrible rip off. Had them for years for auto insurance and tenant insurance. With a recent claim my premiums doubled. They’re losing two more accounts in our family based off our interactions in addition to mine. AMA continues the reputation that insurance companies are exploitive.

Good location, friendly staff. The only thing that was funny: a big note at the entrance regarding reduced staff due to covid pandemic. I thought we're not in a pandemic anymore. At least WHO says so.

This place is absolutely perfect! Melissa finished a huge job for the whole family. She helped us with the transition for licensing from BC to Alberta. She was very calm, polite, and patient with us. As well as knowledgeable.

Worst ever insurance with worst customer service. Buying a new car you asked to pay 450 $ more which I will end up in paying 700$ for a month. Don't try to grab money from customers like this. I was an Ama member for a long time. I can understand some increase but this is unacceptable. Pity on you ama.
