Had an urgent need to fix my broken washing machine they were speedy, responsive and efficient. Great service.The technician had to go and get additional parts and came back same day, he even worked late to make sure it worked perfectly before leaving.

Friendly, knowledgeable and reliable service.Appointment booked for same day and Ruskin G. Texted with arrival time.Worked on two of our appliances and it was determined our older refrigerator was not worth fixing. Cost of parts returned to us and only charged us for labour to make determination.Ruskin repaired our LG double oven with only a short wait for a part.Kept in touch and up to date as to when part would arrive.Great company! Highly recommend!

I have a very dramatic dishwasher. It’s very needy and craves attention every now and then. So, this time it started to throw tantrums in the middle of the washing cycle. The customer service representative responded in a few minutes after I texted them. The technician came and spend around 40 minutes with my dishwasher. It works great. The customer service is fantastic! The technician is highly professional. Everything was absolutely clean after he finished his work. My dishwasher is happy. So am I. My gas drier had no heat .I googled local companies and decided to give Best Solution Appliance repair a call .I was advised on the cost and lady said she would find out where gas fitter was and call back . Within minutes she called and advised he would be at my home between 4-4:15By the time I got downstairs my doorbell was ringing .The tech identified the issue quickly , ( thermal fuse) had one in his truck , installed and tested cycles to ensure everything worked properly.From phone call to job complete was under an hour total . Late on a Saturday. Definitely would recommendBest Solution Appliance Repair.

Ruslan is a very honest and professional person. He was very punctual for his appointment time, and offered his honest opinion regarding repairing or replacing our existing washing machine. He could have sold us an expensive repair, but instead recommended replacing the machine, at no advantage to him. Thank you Ruslan for your professionalism! Best Solutions and Ruslan were great. My washing machine was repaired quickly and the service was reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend them, and plan to use them next time I need an appliance repaired.
