Customer service is lacking. I've been in other dispensaries, staff approach u. I had to find staff and she was rude...young girl with glasses at 8pm on Sunday. Bought a big tube which I thought contained a big joint but turns out was a tiny pinner. For $15. I think I would have a better review if the staff wasn't so rude. Like I was taking up her valuable time.

Went in on my 19th birthday, forgot to ask the name of the man who helped me but he was taller slimmer longer bleached hair kinda? Anyways they were amazingly helpful I already knew what I kinda needed they just helped me pinpoint the best options. 10/10 service on the counter as well. Will be back hope to see them!

I have been a regular to this dispensary for quite some time now and only have amazing things to say about this place. The staff and service are amazing. They’re also speedy quick. Great selection. I have never never had such quality service at a dispensary before. I will continue to exclusively shop here mainly because of the fantastic staff.

This is another store that online debit cards don't function at all...numerous complaints over last year....NO action to repair issued at all.They don't care that online doesn't work 90% of time...Shop elsewhere..mthey are the worst EVER

In my humble opinion this is the best dispensary in London, Ontario bar-none. I found this shop by accident almost a year ago now while out for a walk. I find the staff knowledgeable about their products and willing to spend the time to achieve a positive, and enjoyable experience. Therefore the overall experience is pleasing and I feel valued for spending my hard earned money supporting this business. The shop is clean and well stocked, and it feels like a relaxed environment designed to promote a general good vibes atmosphere. Therefore I have no problem recommending Lucas, Katie and the rest of the staff for your cannabis needs. If you're in downtown London or live in the area, The Cannabist Shop is definitely worth a stop!

I placed an order online to the London Store earlier today and my money was taken from my account but store refused to provide my product. I am a medical patient and was treated in a very disrespectful way by the store manager" Lucas at the Richmond st location in London. I am now fighting to get my money refunded or my product. For a mere $50
