KML is openly defiant to public health orders and has aligned themselves with groups of people and businesses who place their personal wellbeing above the health of the community and that of their customers. They are selfish, uncaring and have lost the respect of the community that they operate in for so brazenly not caring about the people within it.

I just got my haircut here a week ago. Each day, i feel so grateful to the awesome stylist who cut my hair. She was very chic and had a short, pixie style cut. I was so embarassed about my hair. Ive been going through some health issues related to hormones and other factors. I had major one-sided hair loss. My hair was much longer on the otherside. Its like it just only grew on one side literally. I stopped socializing and taking pictures for a long time because of how embarassed I was about my hair. The stylist made me feel so confortable and explained her own experience with hormone related hair loss. I knew I was in good hands and asked her to please just do anything to fix this and even it out. I even went in with the intention of colouring my hair. She instead suggested a hair treatment. I was so self-conscious about how short my hair was going to be, after the cut..... ive never felt better though! Such an amazing job, my hair looks healthy and ive gotten so many compliments from random strangers saying my hair cut looks awesome, that the back is very nice and that they really like my bangs. It has boosted my self-confidence so much and gave me some morale during this really difficult time in my life. I also have been using the amazing serum she recommended and taking collagen supplements as also suggested by her. The price was very reasonable, the service is amazing. This is hands down the best hair salon in brantford!!!! I highly recommended this place!! Thanks guys, you are amazinng!

As someone who grew up having a family member do their hair for most of their life, I've always found it very hard to find a hair salon that meets the expectations I have: having a friendly atmosphere, fair prices and great stylists. It seems I've finally found one! I've been going to Tammy for about a year now, and every time I get my hair done, it's been a great experience. I wanted to try something different this appointment, and Tammy, as always, went above and beyond. She did an ombre effect on my hair and it is amazing. I've had so many comments on how good it looks and how the transition from dark to light is seamless. Not only is she a great stylist, but she's super friendly as well. In fact, all the staff at KML are very friendly and the studio is clean and inviting. I would 100% recommend KML!

Lori has been taking care of my hair for the last couple of years! It's hard to find a hairdresser that you can put your full trust in and walk away feeling like a million bucks. I always leave her chair loving what she has done!

I always go to Tammy whenever I need anything done they always help me and she always makes sure whatever I want done will actually work with my hair or she'll find something else that does. 100% would recommend all the ladies there are super nice. Great environment 10/10

Very pleasant and non-intimidating place... for a senior citizen with a bald dome! Got a hot head shave and face shave and it was very pleasant and relaxing. Highly recommended.

I had waxing done by Heather, she was fast and it didn't hurt that much too. She did my full legs, bikini area and butt. I am looking forward to coming back again. Aug 29, 2019

I came here for the first time, they are very friendly people. I went there to get a cleaner look since i am growing out my hair. I was booked with Thomas he understood what i was looking for and he did it but it wasn't done properly, my left side was cut off from the top of the ear canal whereas the right was at the bottom. Another mistake was in the fade, it isn't consistent, i see my left side is cut shorter to about an inch and a half above the ear whereas its hardly visible on the right side. I am giving them 3 stars because they were very friendly, i got some tips on how to style my hair and the mistakes that were made could've been because we were talking quite a lot through my haircut. I will give them another chance though and see how it goes. Also, he did show me the sides and back but since we were talking i didn't really take a proper look until i got home.
