super fast service and very affordable! I called and got my quote and dropped my phone off on the same day, and had my repaired phone back in my hand 2 days later, exactly when they said it would be. And my final price before tax was exactly what I was quoted before tax, so no surprises when I paid.Great customer service as well - anyone I spoke to over the phone or in store was super nice and friendly. This was my first time going with Irvine for a repair and I'll definitely be recommending their services to friends from now on.

Recently had a crisis where iphone crashed and we couldn’t retrieve the back-up. Jordan’s crew went over and above and helped us get up and running in a short period of time. They’re top notch and reasonably priced!! Would highly recommend!!

I recently had to replace my iPhone battery and went to Irvine Phone Repair. They did a great job and at a good price and my phone’s performance was really good. However, I use a wheelchair and could not get into the store at King Street in Fredericton. The staff came out to meet me. They apologized for the accessibility problem and said they would contact the landlord. Yesterday I went back to get a replacement screen installed on my IPad. They had a threshold ramp installed in the doorway and I could wheel in. Once again the service was excellent and a fair price charged. Great customer service and I highly recommend Irvine Phone Repair.

My son had his headphone piece break off in his phone the night before last. He is 19 and on the autism spectrum with misophonia. His phone is very important in his day to day life, blocking out noises and sounds. I called and spoke with Nick and was able to bring the phone in just before they closed. He was able to remove the piece, though warned the jack was likely too damaged to work. He was hesitant to remove it, it seemed, out of fear of damaging it. Whatever, it couldn't be made worse. We didn't have time to wait for a replacement port to come in, so we're looking at having to purchase another phone anyway. He was able to remove the piece in minutes, so at least the phone could be used regularly. Much to our surprise, the headphone port still works now too and my son is VERY happy to have his coping mechanism back. Thank you very much Nick.

Today I walked into Irvine phone repair with the intent of trading my phone for an upgrade, not knowing what to expect, and I had the pleasure of dealing with Jordan Irvine himself and him and his staff were super courteous. Jordan was amazing set me right up with an upgrade I couldn’t be a happier customer in my opinion, this place deserves all the stars in the world highly highly recommend them to anybody Thank you so much Irvine phone repair.

I tried doing their job and replace my iPhone's battery but ended up damaging my LCD. They did a great job fixing it, seamless! and for a reasonable price. Very quick work! They repaired the LCD in one hour! The staff were super friendly as well. 10/10

Excellent service, I took my Iphone in that was stuck with the Apple logo. They had it up and running and had all my data transferred to my new phone within a few short hours! Bonus, they took my phone to sell it and gave me a great, fair deal and I don’t have the hassle of having to sell it myself.

The experience getting my iPad screen repaired was pleasant and quick! I dropped my iPad off on a Friday and was told it would be ready by Wednesday or Thursday the following week but to my pleasant surprise Monday night it was ready to go. Service was excellent, price was fair and the repair was perfect! Highly recommend!

Needed a cell phone repaired immediately. Jordan was able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly, putting the phone back in my hands in less than two hours. Extremely reasonable price and outstanding customer service. We will be back.
