Very understanding

Lovely to deal with and reasonably priced. After renting a large container for 3 years, discovered the unit had a leak and all of my furniture was moldy and ruined; needed to be thrown away. Owners refused accountability or discount/reimbursement which is highly disappointing. The folks who own are really nice but I can no longer offer a positive review.

Increased our rate by 33% without notice. The contract we signed explicitly says they must give 30 days’ advance notice in writing for a change in rate, but they did not. Additionally, we had paid for a spot we didn’t need for 8 consecutive months specifically to lock in our rate.After the higher charge went through, I called to ask about this and she agreed they did not provide written notice, then said “Well I’m notifying you now. Thanks for your call.“ Click. These people seemed nice at first but watch out.

Was happy with the outside storage for our travel trailer. Have been there several years with small increase to the monthly rate each year in keeping with the rate of inflation. Suddenly our monthly rate increased by 50%. We noticed this on our credit card charge, we were not notified in writing. when we called to inquire we were told the owner just decided to increase the rates like that. Poor business practice especially for outside storage.

Decently priced storage units and secured!

After being charged $200/mth for several months of storage, we provided two months notice to a guy who said he was an employee. We specifically asked if we needed to move out on a certain date, assuming it went month to month. We were then charged an extra $50. Turns out we needed to turn in the keys on the 24th, which we could have easily have done. We are now being told that it's our fault for telling the guy that cuts the grass that we were moving out and that we need to read the fine print in our contract. Be careful folks, what ever day you take possession is when they charge you and they are very rude about it, insulting in fact. They don't want to hear feedback, are condescending and ignorant. Even hung up the phone on me after talking at me and not listening.We get that it's in the fine print. Just the response to our concern was met with such opposition and rudeness. I'm sure they will provide a great reply. Go elsewhere people.

The staff were extremely helpful. I parked my car in the storage as I'm going out of country to protect it from snow and other concerns while I'm not here. The staff(forgot to ask his name) made sure I parked the car safely inside and was there to guide me through the process as it's quite tricky to get the car on the ramp and park it. Price wise it's decent as well. Would definitely recommend. The only concern is the ramp is placed inside a locked room which can be accessed only during the office hours. So, you can't actually get your car(if parked inside the storage) in/out after hours unless you carry your own ramp.
