They are compassionate, respectful and accommodating.My baby passed away during the midnight on a Friday night leaving me devastated, not knowing what to do. Upon some comparison among available services on the weekend, Pet to Nature responded most promptly as I started reaching out to different service providers the next morning on Saturday. I found their pricing most reasonable for a small pet. They were able to come pick him up within 45 minutes after we talked, at no extra cost, which was also one of my biggest considerations at the time as I really wanted someone to take good care of his body but I also knew I was not in a mental state well enough to be driving to drop him off.I was able to arrange the last viewing in a few days and have him cremated (aqua) and I brought his remain home in 2 weeks with a cute plant in a pot at an additional cost.Saying goodbye is really hard but they have made it easier for me.

Pet by nature has been amazing. This has been a really hard time letting my Cleo go and they made this process easier. They are very accommodating by coming pick her up at night. They are easy to keep in contact with as they are open all the time. So kind and respectful of my baby girl. The memorial service they did was beautiful. They had a video of her pictures and a framed one. Gave me one last goodbye to my best friend. ❤️ Thank you again for all your help. Would recommend them to anyone.

They are very professional with kind staff. Obviously this is an impossible time for us, but they had good communication throughout. The final results were as expected. Not the type of review anyone wants to read or make, but I’m happy I used their services over some hands-off alternative

Losing a beloved pet is just as hard as losing a human family member. After 12 years of loving our golden boy Benji, he fell asleep and decided to cross the rainbow bridge. I called Pet to Nature about an hour after he passed, at the recommendation of a vet, since he passed away at home.The representative I spoke with on the phone was compassionate, gentle, soft-spoken, and professional. He explained everything that I needed to know in the moment and did not put any pressure on me.The gentleman who came to pick up our sweetheart and take him away for aquamation was very gentle, calm, professional, and understanding. The world needs more people like those who work at Pet to nature.After the raw emotions of losing our furbaby had some time to settle down, the staff explained options for urns and memorial items. I was never pressured to buy anything extra, but I did end up getting a framed photo, the complimentary urn, and a clipping of my pup's hair/fur in a bottle as a keepsake. These were beautifully and lovingly crafted items and I so appreciate it.This is not a service we like to think about in advance, but if you are in a situation where you have to make these decisions in advance, do not hesitate to go with Pet to Nature. They are a great business and staff have excellent communication (phone, text, and email) and interpersonal skills. They obviously love animals, as well as people. During the difficult time of lossing my dearest cat De De, who accompanied my family for 16 years, the Pet to Nature staffs showed their compassionate and sincere care. They came to pick up his body and arranged a warmth goodbye viewing in his last journey, which offered me his forever memory. After the aquamation, l received a little urn with De De's picture on it, which also contained his ash and tooth inside. So thankful for their kindness and care. A great appreciation and heartfelt thanks go to Pet to Nature!!

Our loss occurred November 20th at 10:21pm, we did not know who to contact as it was a weekend. I received a referral for Pet to Nature and when I read more about the aquamation process which is a cleaner more environmentally friendly and peaceful option. The moment I read about it I instantly felt at ease, I knew it was the right decision.The price was more than affordable and with such fast response, exceptional service, professionalism and genuinity for our beloved family member. We didn’t feel rushed, Pet to Nature allowed us to were say our good-byes by providing a funeral memorial, with a dedicated video. It was incredible, everything was perfect. Till this day, I think about it and I highly recommend those who have lost their loved ones to contact pet to nature.
