The doctors there are horrible, I went there told a doctor that I had tinnitus and hearing loss from the Covid vaccine , and also had a hole in ear drum . They said it wasn’t from that and was infection which I knew it wasn’t . Told me getting the whole fixed would help but all it did was cause more hearing loss and the tinnitus got 10x worse… . They didn’t tell me that it could make things worse…. Horrible experience. People need to start blaming the doctors…

April 27th 2021, calling all morning, telling me to wait, then getting cut off. What is going on?

I have been a patient of Dr. Redmond for a number of years. The doctors and staff here are always extremely busy and very professional. The secretary was very helpful and compassionate when I called to book an appointment this morning. Good frontline administrative professionals who work in doctors' offices are worth their weight in gold.

You couldn't design a more irritating and frustrating answering service if you tried! There is a consistent beeping while you're waiting and an annoying voice repeating the same thing every 30 seconds. I appreciate that your'e busy but do you need to torture your clients with this answering service? Can't you play some calming music while we're waiting on hold?

Extremely slow. Booked an appointment time and then end up waiting over an hour and a half in the waiting room.

Dr.batten was great phone system could use improvement

I received a phone call from ENT Consultants on Monday, but no voice mail message left saying who/what the call was for. I have made in excess of 100 return calls but was unable to reach anybody until 5 days later (conveniently there is NO OPTION TO LEAVE A VOICE MAIL MESSAGE) The Receptionist could not tell me who called, why they called and was impatient and rude. I immediately contacted my family dr who tells me this is unacceptable!! I should have demanded an answer, to forward my complaint to her supervisor and I have now re-booked with my family dr to start this referral process ALL over again ... 18 months of advocating for my own health to get to this point to speak to a woman who was not only unprofessional but lacked the compassion and care I would expect from someone in her position. It's Friday ... I've been calling since 11:50am and just realized they take lunch from 12-1pm and close at 1pm after they've finished eating. Good Luck Ya'all"..

Front desk staff was beyond disrespectful. Was sent over from emergency room to get a piece of food dislodged from my throat, the girls wouldn’t answer the door to the business even though they clearly heard me knocking as they were looking at me standing at the door, I was finally answered at 8:13 for the girl at the front desk to say “ we don’t open for another 2 minutes like seriously I’ve had something lodged in my throat, and for her to get saucy and not let me in for the sake of the 2 minutes, had my appointment for 8 which I received from the emergency room but was rudely informed that they don’t have a doctor until 8:30. I would never recommend this place to anyone other than I had no other choice as the emergency room couldn’t reach the food.

I have to say trying to get in contact with someone there to make an appointment is absolutely brutal!!! No matter what time I call the phone is always busy! Dr. Chris Drover is awesome but trying to make contact with reception is terrible!!!!

Luckily my referral came quickly. Can be a quite busy. Masks are required.
