Had a repair job done on my laminate flooring and looks as good as new again. These are my new go to guys for flooring

I had MWR refinish our old fir floor and they did an excellent job. They explained the several stages and applied an great matte finish that looks great and is scratch resistant. Thank you very much !!

These people do incredible and honest work. You'll always get more than you pay for from these guys.

We had them do a whole house re-floor. As we had to live there while it was being done, Mike and Sean accommodated us through our week of restruction. Items of note that I would like to comment on: Clean; both during and after the house was kept spotless. They showed up when they said they would and kept us informed as to progress and scheduling. Quality: We did custom nosing on the stairs and 1 piece slipped out of position a bit and they were immediately back to fix it.Having witnessed really shoddy installs in other houses, we were able to appreciate the insane level of perfection that they strove for and delivered. Despite this being a $25,000 job, We felt that Sean and Mike delivered value for our money. I have another project coming up and they are sure to be included.Review on second project: What a disappointment. They were to be a labour only contractor but offered to buy the materials they could save me money. Turned out there they didn't mention about a 20% mark up that they wanted to add. Bought my own materials and saved. While there were delays on my part to their start date as other contractors were slow, they handled my job as of it was a joke. Started much later than they said, showed up for a few hours in the evening and hired other people to work for them despite the promise of them doing the job. There was a request for a draw, which I paid and then I didn't see them for 2 weeks. From when they started to completion was 6 weeks instead of a 7 to 10 days as promised. They treated the job as a part time hobby that they would show up to when they had felt they like it. The whole project was pushed back a month costing me time and money. After this job I don't have anything good to say about them anymore and will warn others to be careful. They will not work for me again. All that talk I had to listen as to how great there were was just talk. Sorry I hired them.

Sean and the team from MWR flooring did a fantastic job restoring our oak floor. We were looking for someone to come in at short notice as we were hoping to move in. During the process they kept us informed about the stages they were working on and finished the job in just a few days. We are extremely happy with the result and would highly recommend their services, we will certainly be coming back to them when it is time to refinish our upstairs floors.
