Southern Alberta Construction did an amazing job revamping our boutique salon in the heart of East Village Calgary. Mike and his team were flexible and accommodating. They were efficient and made our dream a reality. Murray (carpenter) is a magician, hiding bathtub with beautifully built custom shelving unit and our retail shelves are absolutely perfect. We couldn't be happier with the whole process. Our go to team for any renovation in the future!

Darren helped us trough a large basement development, and we had him deal with the project as the Project Manager and he also did the carpentry work for us as a one off.Highly recommended— we love our basement so much! It is absolutely beautiful

I had a flood in my condo and had to have the hardwood replaced. Darren, Carla and his team were amazing to deal with. They were always communicating with what was happening and ensured they met the deadline that was promised. I had a family emergency during the renos, and they went above and beyond to accommodate. The team at Southern Alberta Construction was fantastic to work with. We had a flood in our rental property at 10:30pm. Nolan and his crew were there to get the estimates, demo and prep work done to allow for rebuild by the next morning. Darren (in charge of rebuilds) was there in the days following as things dried out to get the estimates and paperwork done for insurance approval.Everything was coordinated well, and they worked their schedule at my request to allow space for me to fit in some structural upgrades/repairs (floor drain and foundation repair) with no impact to the overall rebuild timing. This was all incredibly helpful as I had a tenant who was displaced and their speedy work allowed for me to keep that tenant which to a land lord is great. The whole process took 1 month which is pretty darn quick given the scope of the work. Thanks very much guys and to anyone in need of quick, quality work I definitely recommend SAC

My husband and I had a water leak from our fridge so we had to replace our hardwood floor. Southern Alberta Construction was the company that my insurance company suggested we use. Well I have to say it was a great suggestion. The service by both Darren and Carla were amazing. They let me know what to expect and when to expect it. They delivered everything on time and the best part was they even sent a cleaner to clean my house after everything was done. I will definitely use them again for any other projects or renovations. Southern Alberta Construction recently completed repairs on my home after a fire. They were amazing. My project manager was Mike, he was helpful, informative and very understanding with all of my questions. Mike ensured that the work progressed smoothly and at a great pace.Everyone that I interacted with was personable and professional. I can’t say enough about the quality of work completed. I had a leak on the exterior of my home. I reached out to Southern Alberta to talk to them about it and they had a project manager out the next day!!! These guys are quick and have a such a vast knowledge of the inner workings of the home. So happy with their response and extremely professional. These guys are my go to any time I have an issue or question for my home. Don't bother looking for a different contractor, these guys know what they're doing.

We needed new flooring and the proper repairs done following a flood at our condo. After having two quotes done (over an absurd amount of time) by two separate companies, Southern Alberta Construction Services pulled through. From the time we did the initial walk-thru with Darren, to the time the floors were installed was about one month. Darren and his team (Carla too) have been super responsive and helpful. Judging by the rate it was initially going with the previous 2 companies, we thought we wouldn't see new flooring until 2023 but Darren got it done quickly (and properly). Super happy with the outcome and will be recommending this company to everyone. .
