Extremely rude and unprofessional....health care in general is uncomfortable and sometimes embarrassing....While the staff kept loudly try to degrade patient to point others in the waiting area can hear....making an uncomfortable situation even more awkward..... The level of disrespect witnessed from both reception staff could be characterized as bulling towards patients.... Very disappointing to see that behavior...

I saw Dr. Yap here - Great doctor, easy to talk to & no long wait for your appointment. Definitely recommend! Parking is a little difficult though so try to get there a little early, you might have to wait for a spot or better yet, if you have no mobility issues you can park on a side street & walk over.
