RBC Royal Bank

I had an appointment with your advisor today, and I didn’t receive any call.. What do you think? You wasted my time. I hate RBC, and open an account in RBC was a big mistake. My next request will be asking for closing my account!!!

After several days of waiting, on November 17th, I had appointment with Advisor to change the type of my credit card that was supposed to be done and will mail to me less than 15 days, but when I followed up today (Dec 3th)through RBC Bank credit card support services, I realized later From all this expectation, not even a request has been registered for meI have sent messages and emails to Advisor several times but they have not responded.The only thing that does not matter to this branch and Advisor is the time of customers and following their work?Is there anyone who is responsible for why my request was not registered and the branch employee has a convincing reason for doing so that is not responsive?

Terrible I've been with this branch for over 15 years and each year it gets worse and worse tou took away all the amazing tellers that were there and put in other tellers that dont listen to what me as the client want done

If you want to deposit a bank draft from a non-RBC bank at this branch in order to close on a home purchase, don't waste your time. The staff here are apparently so concerned about protecting their reputation" that they won't do it

I went to this RBC branch to deposit a bank draft to close on my new home. They refused saying they couldn't accept a draft. I protested but they were first rude and demeaning then the manager told me the same thing, although she was nicer. I went to another RBC branch and they took the draft no problem. I even checked a third branch and they said they also do it.They cost me time and a lot of stress. They are completely ignorant of their own banking procedures. Go to another branch.

awful service and gross incompetence from staff. no accountability or apologies when they make mistakes that cost me time and money. There are of course 1 or 2 staff members who are great but you will be playing a lotto to hopefully have them assist you.

Expect a long wait whenever you go to this branch. Ive been going for years and every single time I’m waiting in line for at least 15 minutes, even when there is no one in front of me and it’s not busy. Staff is very friendly but it’s upsetting to come in and have staff walking around, talking and doing everything except serving customers.

As each day passes, the RBC continues to rent these huge spaces with virtually no staff.Anything so the banks can continue to grow their profits and cut their actual real life, real world, human customer service. Truly an embarrassment. Wasn’t going into banking once a dignified profession? Now? Not so much. The last 3 branches I have visited have been staffed with 1, maybe 2, tellers, who are clearly unqualified…no employee of RBC should be proud to represent this shamelessly greedy sector of our economy.

The manager who works there is the worst manager I ever encounter in my life . Extremely rude , not helpful at all . I filed a complaint against him because is the second time I go there he pretty much treats me like garbage , always dismissing what I say , gives the wrong information and he never takes blame of nothing . I hope they actually do something about it , he shouldn’t be working with the public at all
