Unknown if his work is any good, but this gentlemen blocked our driveway when he was working on a small engine for someone else in the neighboorhood. This caused me to loose out on a contractor coming over as he couldn't park near the house. I, myself had to park a few doors down and climb the snowbank to get to my house. When I left, he asked me if he could move and I told him that he could, but I was leaving and I had lost out on a contractor visit. He retorted with, where am I supposed to go

My mother had them pickup the lawnmower & snowblower for tune ups. I haven't checked the functionality of the lawnmower yet but the snowblower came back without the correct chute cable, the old oil was drained out and no new oil went in the crankcase and the incorrect refund on the returned generic cable. I understand that nobody is perfect but to have the owner argue on the phone that he put the new oil in when it wasn't put in shows that they can't be trusted. We're just lucky that the machine still runs, hopefully there is no internal damage.

These people are great and we will continue to deal with them. Communication between them & us is above par for the area. The pick-up and delivery is a great service. The work was done without delays, the return of the snowblower was very timely. We happily recommend their service.

Had a few pieces of equipment serviced from this place,fast service brought a lawnmower in on a Friday and got a call Monday morning letting me know it was ready. great service reasonable cost would definitely recommend this place

Very prompt and convenient service. They picked up my snowblower to replace the belt and tune cables. I had it back a few days later - all for a good price.

My husband passed away a few years ago. I know nothing about snow blowers, and the guys always come to my rescue.Prices are fair, service is fast, and they’re very courteous.I honestly don’t know who I would call if I couldn’t call them.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, went in to inquire about parts/equipment and the attitude rolling off the owner is unbelievable. After having a ridiculously rude interaction with him in person, I happened to be behind him in a checkout line and managed to catch a show of him loudly berating a Walmart cashier about things that were not at all in her control. When you choose to wear your shop branded clothing everywhere you go you should consider your company image is on display even during your off time". Would not recommend supporting this guy in any shape or form."
